The closer you get to reality? When can you ever be apart from reality? There….is….no….approach to where you already are! Approaches or philosophy cannot lead you to you. This is the final truth per Ramana Maharshi. No one is enlightened. No one approaches reality. Reality is all there is. There can be no unreality. That is absurd.
@@AKA_SIMPLYHUMAN I find your objection to be obtuse or disingenuous, pretending(?) to not understand that he is differentiating between perception or awareness of actual present conditions.
@@kiplambel4052 your perception of reality has absolutely no bearing on reality itself. You are perceiving reality as it is. Visually, you brain paints the picture. However, the painted picture is the same as the painted barn. You painted it red. Your brain gives color to the energy of reality. That is how perception works. Your interpretation of that perception is what gets screwed up. Stop interpreting that which needs no further interpretation. Class is dismissed.

Made good sense till the last bit...obviously a metaphor, but stated both paths are the same, but ended with a metaphore that sounded like an ultimatum with two very different results, good or not. So how is the result different if the paths are ultimately the same? Ive been very curious about the differences or samenesses of these two paths, mostly because i didnt realize there were these two approaches and for years was taking in info from i assume from those of the non tantric approach(dont remember name) but i had a kundalini awakening and having lots of experiences that werent being talked about until i ran into Igor Kufayev, who centers around kriyas and tantric teachings, and all of a sudden my bizzare experinces were getting a little validation. I became confused and worried, especislly after strong beckonings toward the bible/christianity/Jesus and the utter hell i was in for several years and the christian perspective of Shakti/kundalini is basically satanic/demonic. Or the devil itself. Ive tried to reconcile the two ideas/concepts or whatever they are, essentially attempting to recognize some cohesion or relativeness, because ultimately, they are both an aspect of the one reality, but are told the body/world/gods body/shakti is evil. I feel everything in and as my body, but told it is illusion. If the illusion is married to the reality, then is the illusion not reality? Or at least a reflection? The simple drawing back the sensation into realizing it is occuring at the level of, or actually AS the Self itself, helped a great deal in diffusing some serious tensions around this subject. Sorry for long comment.
The mind is a sense organ. Words and thoughts are vehicles of the imagination that cast multiple threads. Who would think that the webs we weave with a single thread would become traps? The path is slippery, and it is best to explore before casting a net.

Stop believing the philosophy will save you. Start being what has never needed saving. Just be yourself. Questions and answers not needed. Caution, the world will no longer see you. Contentment will be your only companion.
Can you please clarify what you mean by the world will no longer see you? Does that mean something like you will become more of a passenger than a participant?
@@AKA_SIMPLYHUMAN "the world will no longer see you" hits hard when one is struggling to be seen. But realizing that I can give that up is a relief. Thank you.
I don't know what has never needed saving, maybe those good nice well dressed white boys at university, but I know for sure that I need to be saved. What I'm talking about is the Truth that for every sin (major at least) there is a punishment, in this life and the next, by God, so we must ask and pray to God for forgiveness, and repent, and thus, in that way, we gain salvation, which is to not get fucked in the hereafter. This is The Reality. This is the shit bro

This is like a conversation between shiva and shakti
Damn
The majority of thoughts are of the things I ever did wrong! On a rare occasion one arises of something I did right. Why is this?
"Negativity bias" is an evolutionary adaptation. The people who didn't remember their screw ups, kept repeating them, and died :)

I completely agree, and it gets even worse when metaphors are used in a reflection that borders on ineffability.

@ The least interesting person in the room is never noticed. Because that person is the least interested. That is liberation. That is contentment.
