Curious as to why you don't drill a second dimple in the barrel? You would know better then I would, but many other builders do that.
Do you need to use a torque wrench for the barrel nut?

Well I have a vise and geissele reaction rod now couple years ago I didnt I tried holding the upper in my hand and bent and twisted it in my hand but it wasnt to be (cool )it was cause I didnt have the tool and I was inpatient...but great vid
