@@Kornatzz i know this is a 6 month old comment and you probably already found everything out but I felt like explaining it anyways... your gas could be off, you may need to turn on your choke, you could be out of gas or using an incorrect type of gas, you may be running the bike too rich (too much gas/not enough air going into the motor) or too lean (not enough gas/too much air going into the motor) its also not good if you have it run really lean because it may damage the motor (not sure how) and if its too rich you will just flood your engine. It could also be your clutch cable / clutch itself is bad, you could have too small of a fuel line, and it may be because of a low oil shutoff switch (Which prevents your engine from running with little oil in the engine) and you may just need to add some more engine oil to the bike, unless its a 2 stroke then you need to add your oil into you gasoline but if your bike is a 2 stroke it may not be working because the oil in your fuel is too high and you need to put a little less oil into it. That's about everything I could think of atm I hoped I was at least some help despite how old your comment is.
Thanks for a good video! My son got a 110cc new for his birthday and I need to learn some basic maintenance for it and this was perfect! I think it’s idle is low because it tries to stall when it’s just sitting in neutral.
That’s the fuel mixture. I was adjusting mine & I slowed down the idle, turned it counterclockwise & then the bike would not run at all when I took off. Doing that leaned it out. I turned it back to where it ran good & then had to adjust the hand grip to get the idle to slow down. There wasn’t any other adjustment screw on the carb..
I always say do when the motor is warm first, I go all the way in come out 1 1/2 turns air, and 2 and a half fuel side over 3 turns u need a new spark plug always change your oil every 10 to 15 hours riding on a 125 cc pit bike 20w50 oil none synthetic really depends on where you live too I guess you could go partial.nice bike they have nice seats on the ssr a few othehers 2 most have thin seats that's for racing only you stand up most of the time.
Hey ARush, I'm debating on whether to get this bike, or the SSR 125. This bike looks bigger, and I'm looking for a bike to get me into riding. Would you recommend this bike, and if so where did you purchase yours? Thanks.
Hi Tanner..I honestly do really love my tao tao, that being said I can't compare the two because I don't own an ssr. I would definitely recommend the tao to beginners, it's definitely a fun little bike to start on. But it's really up to you decide which one you think is best for you, I don't think they're all that different honestly. The most important thing is that you go into this with the understanding that, whichever bike you buy, this is a Chinese bike and not to expect perfection. So far I have had no major problems, but minor things are always a possibility. But all in all I have no real complaints I love my bike and I have a lot of fun with it. ( I bought mine from powersportsdistro.com ) Good luck with your decision! :)
Get a lifan 125cc 26mm carb mukini recommend performance cdi pod filter performance pipe and miffler 38mm pipe and if u want upgrade camshaft and shit like that but see how u go with that.
How do I keep my bike from turning off every time I try to start it I gotta give it some gas and it’s starts right up but won’t idle and it’s on choke please help me.
That could be because of many reasons. Maybe your air filter needs cleaning. If that's not the case, the idle screw adjustment might fix it. If that won't fix it, it could be fuel flow. Maybe it's not getting enough fuel at idle. Since it's a 5 month old comment you probably fixed it by now anyway, but maybe i help someone else by leaving this comment.
You should show the more mechanical side of things like if a plug fouls & you don't know the original settings :) Currently my plug keeps fouling(goes pitch black) & I've set the air/fuel mix to 1 1/2 out from in & the idle is 1 1/2 from in. So not sure what is the problem?
I kinda just do things as they come up. What ever problems I encounter mechanical or otherwise I make videos for. Maybe you should check your air filter sometimes a dirty air filter can cause a spark plug to foul.
It's not an air filter issue, it's completely clean & is on nice & tight. If I clean the plug & put it back in it fires up instantly, then it runs but won't idle, I've cleaned the carburetor out & have noticed the plug is black. I'm running too lean but I've tried the default settings and it won't idle & keeps fouling :/
I wanted to do one the other day because I went riding after it had rained A LOT and everything was super muddy and fun but I forgot my gopro :( It's going to be raining for the next couples of days too, so maybe when it stops I'll ride and film it this time. My next video will be a winter update for the pit bike, how I'm storing and maintaining it through the winter. :)
+a- Rush have you had any problems with your rear shock absorber like the spring the washers that are on mine are new and i tightened up my spring clockwise but it doesnt seem to be tight enough for me i may need to add fork oil to it if possible
The idle isn't about the sound. It's the rpm the engine is running at when at a stand still.
kaden
im sure she knows that, she was giving a simple explanation smart ass
please tell me when u sit it still can u ride again in gear not in nutreal
How do I keep my bike from shutting down? It keeps on shutting off when I start it
Dragos midrigan you know your thing push it down so u can drive it

An idle screw only affects the air volume. It essentially changes the ratio of air to fuel. The mixture screw is what changes the fuel flow
do you know where the mixture screw is? my idle is really high even when i turn my idle screw to the left, and i’m not sure what to do
@@rohansharma5186 did you ever figure it out ?
Could there be a plastic black plug hiding screw the newer models

Thanks I have a Aldi RSQ7 and it’s works fine now
Thanks for making a new video
About 1000-1500 rmp where it idles at mine idles with it being a street and dirt setup

how long is ur bike
When I shift into first it feels like it wants to take off is that the reason why
Stefan Stojkovski it was the idle screw bro I turned it down and it didn’t do it anymore
Stefan Stojkovski I actually need help with something though do you know the size of the peg bracket screws ?

@@スペース-o2h it's too rich. if it was too lean the plug would be essentially white in color(like when new).
my idle is really high even when i turn my idle screw to the left, and i’m not sure what to do
Not sure if you figured this out yet but just in case, depending on the carb you have, some you have to adjust your air intake and you gas intake.
Nice videos 👌🏽 keep them up!
Will this bike wheelie?
i tried really hard but it seems like the bike is too heavey, too weak and too twitchy for a wheelie
George Agaiby no way, this will definitely wheelie.
Clutch up
Yes, thank you!
do you know y my pitbike is bogging out?
maybe the carb isnt clean or the like ne us stopped up
Clean carb out maybe blocked jet
Love the vids
when will u do ATV videos what do u think ur next video will be

can you do a wheelie?
Short_Jay no she can't do 1
I have a 125 xmoto & i can do a wheelie easily
Cool bike
Thanks had a pit bike that would die if you didn’t use any throttle. Luckily a quick screw turn fixed it
That's how mine is the seat goes straight across
I didn't know dolly parton was in to bikes !!
No the idle IS your bikes engine in
Neutral
My bike idle up so hight that when I start it it go by it self
Callum 325 I do the throttle is stuck
Ali Fleming your revs are just too high
Ali Fleming what did you end up doing to fix this problem?
The idle is the rpms
Do videos on wheelies
idle is how high your rpms are not the sound of the bike. Smh
