- Gilby Clarke’s February Latin American tour Included 2 shows supporting Slash Featuring Myles Kennedy & the Conspirators Feb 7 in Uruguay and Feb 13 in Santiago Chile which was the final show for SMKC in S America.
The guys worked up “Nightrain” and ran through “Paradise City” at soundcheck however only performed Nightrain at the show.
It was great to see Slash and his old buddy Gilby together again and certainly a treat for this Santiago crowd.
Gilby Clarke has 2 more shows on his Latin American Tour with drummer Troy Patrick Farrell (White Lion) & bassist EJ Curse (Silent Rage).

To determine whether a cameraman is a Guns N' Roses fan or not, it is sufficient to watch the "Nightrain" video. If the first part of the camera solo focuses on the rhythm guitar and the second part shifts to the lead guitar, then they are a true fan. :D

Gn'R went from playing vegas residencies to selling out stadiums solely due to Slash's return. The average Gn'R fan equates Guns as Axl and Slash. He is very happy playing with Gn'R as well.

As a drummer, I can't tell you how great it is when any band mate stands in front of your kit for a little shared moment/connection in front of an audience.
It's one of the best feelings ever!

A voz do desse cantor combina mais com a banda, do que a Myles Kennedy!!
The song is a gnr song not a SMKC. Slash wrote the music for the 4 albums and Myles wrote the Lyrics and melody. The SMKC music fits the band because Myles wrote the songs. Myles has never been apart of guns and roses. Why should someone's music fits better in a band its doesn't belong. You all have this hatred towards Myles that is getting old. Plus, Todd is not that great of a singer. He yells, a lot and doesn't have the range. He is not all that in my opinion and I prefer not to hear him.

Aqui no Brasil se no show tivesse acontecido no encore com o Gilby + Nightrain eu pagaria mais um valor pelo show! Melhor do que aquela merda de versão de rocket man do elton john. Outro ponto que esta formação funcionou muito bem (Todd Kerns baixo e vocal, Brent Fitz bateria e Gilby Clark na Guitarra) e Slash! Respeito muito Myles Kennedy e sua competência mas por vezes é muito tímido e introspectivo, essa versão da banda poderia funcionar muito melhor com essa energia.

They have a big catalogue of their own to choose from. Slash stop playing a lot of GNR songs a long time ago. They may play one or two.
Even with the cell phones up, this audience destroys the average American crowd. No ideas what they are chanting but the passion is there. I'm guessing it's because these acts appear less frequently there than they do in the States
