Does it give a vector or magnitude in the end? The matrix gives a vector no?

After the dot product, it will be a scalar.

What is your opinion about analyzing the force to two components :
1- parallel to the vector >> its moment is zero
2- perpendicular to the vector (not interrupted with vector) .. and give moment vector

+Lawathe Maitham Eid لاوَذ ميثَم عيد‎ Ultimately, the method you use to solve a problem doesn't matter (as long as what you do is correct). What is more important is that the method you use helps you understand what you are doing. It depends on how the question is asked and what specifically they want you to solve for.

so the physical terms are determining the type of product (vector/scalar) not the opposite.

After your pardon: does the moment of force around point is a special case from the moment of a force around the vector?!
if it is as i say , why in the first (around the point) give a vector< but in the second (around vector) give us scalar value??

+Lawathe Maitham Eid لاوَذ ميثَم عيد‎ It depends on the question. Sometimes the question asks for a vector quantity, and sometimes the question just asks for the magnitude of the vector. On the other hand, specific mathematical processes will result in one or the other. A vector product will give you a vector as an answer. A dot product will give you a scalar as an answer.
