    so... How exactly does this work? Is the pressure of the bellows providing velocity information? Really interesting controller concept, actually. Presumably you can also reprogram the 5ths buttons to do other stuff? Can you split the instrument so the "keyboard" side is one thing (like a lead sound) and the "buttons" side is another (like strings or somesuch?)

      It has electronic sensors instead of reeds i think. And the bellows do not need to move for it to produce sound, they can stay completely closed and it would still play.

      And yes, you can split the sound. For example on oberkrainer music, the right side is made into a "Steirische Harmonika" a type of bisonoric button accordion, and the left side is made into a tuba, accompanying the bisonoric accordion.

      @@adrianakuzmikova1697 it's just for looks. Some models have electronic sensors, so they play when air is sucked in and pushed out, or some models can switch between acoustic and electric. It's always different and depends on the model.
