these were not the last splat bumpers here in brazil in 2009 they put the spongebob zone with the splat logo
This makes me wanna cry. Especially waiting for iCarly to come on TV over the summer of 2008. I remember turning 13 that year, and I had a huge crush on Miranda. Heck, I still do.
It's odd how "nickelodeon" was said in full in these bumpers, as previous years in the 00s they almost exclusively used to shortened "Nick" in promo
After the rebrand they're saying it in full more often
People say that September 28th, 2009 is when Nick died,
But really, Nickelodeon was perfect from 2009-2016.
Of course in 2017, things *really* changed......

Agreed! Many companies have changed their logos before, but that doesn't change the company, it's just a new logo
I started watching a lot of Nickelodeon in 2015 but I watched it in 2011
This was back when nickelodeon started going through some controversial issues before they rebranded the splat logo

I notice that the announcer from the TeenNick block (and he also pop up in most CN commercials from 2005-2008, specifically Miguzzi) does most of these bumpers during this time period.
Wait, what is the name of the male announcer of Nickelodeon from 2008-2009 and Cartoon Network from 2006-2008? Also, please DON'T tell that the young male announcer was actually voiced by Will Arnett (from the "Noods" era) in the "Yes!" era!

0:00-0:25 mostly used on the shows that aired in the 6AM slot on the weekends “All Grown Up!” & “ChalkZone”
i believe as told by ginger, teenage robot, and rugrats also used generic bumpers as well. i heard danny phantom had it's own custom bumpers when it aired which is a surprise.

I miss these 2008 bumpers. 2008 was a similar time.
I used to hate this crap so much. But, now how much I wish I could get this time back. I would do anything just to turn on my TV and sit through these. Thought time was being wasted. Too bad didn’t care about 2008 back in the day. Just wanted life to move on, thinking that the more better time got as it progressed. I was very wrong…😔

Danny Phantom probably had the generic ones shown in the beginning since those were shown during shows that came on first thing in the morning like All Grown Up and ChalkZone, and Danny Phantom did too.
