FPAG Summer Drum Clinic Lesson 3

We added a student to the group, Javan. We briefly went over the topics and some instructions from lessons 1 and 2 for Javan. Thankfully, he has played around with drums a little bit already, so we didn’t have to spend much time. We get right into striking patterns, as that was the main focus for this lesson. Adding a new student, I didn’t want to dive into the drum kit yet. The biggest thing was letting the boys have fun and get these sticking exercises figured out with me having to call out which hand to strike with.
