This may be a dumb question, but why do you tractor oryx before he gets stunned by the bombs? Does this make the damage phase last longer or something?
Tractor applies to immune targets, so I debuff Oryx on the slam so my teammates alreaady have a debuff applied until I make it over to his hand. Pretty much debuff uptime during the entire damage phase is the goal

Eveytime I feel like am an expert at a certain activity because I've cleared it so many times and know what to do, I just open up a speed run video and get blown away by seeing crazy things being done that I never knew or when thought could be done. Holy shit!

What GL was that in the Golgoroth encounter? looked like a wave frame, my favorite, I use Deafening Whisper with wellspring and ambitious assassin as my go to for almost everything
why did you guys stop for quite a while inbetween totems and warpriest? also why do some of the fireteam members leave and then rejoin AFTER the next encounter has started?
For rta runs there is a timerpause after totems because we kill so many ads quickly enough that the bad servers at the time couldn’t keep up anymore and you sometimes waited for close to 2 minutes to be able to get flag if the servers were busy. So that’s just something to not give some runners an advantage and even it out. In golgoroth they join a tiny bit late on titans for damage and we are able to place a flag that stays. The daughters flag never stays in an instance that hasn’t been wiped so half the Fireteam swaps over to hunters for daughters/oryx gets ammo and joins back a tiny bit late so they don’t screw with people getting torn. Hope that explains everything, feel free to ask =)
There is a lot of running it back involved because of connection stuff, but Kings Fall is actually a pretty consistent raid to run overall. We only ran on weekends for about one season together with figuring out strats and some damage tests
This is crazy, just remember how long it took the worlds first players to complete Kings' fall and now look less than 15 minutes. This should be a triumph! Get a special emblem or something! Ggs, I am still curious how to warlock skate with sword and super? I'm on console, so I'm not sure.
I dont exactly know how its done on console :D but the actions are: Heavy attack -> Jump -> Super in quick succession, maybe try standing a bit away from the ledge =)

@@VUND-25really not that difficult without a macro. Once u learn it u have it down for the most part. If u have to rely on a macro to do something like that, ur better off not using it in the first place
This season you should hit even more because of surge mods. Idk about the shotguns you use, but both of mine have Vorpal also on Oryx a bit of positioning is involved. You can see at the start of damage how I hit less and then adjust where I shoot, just something you have to figure out =)
You cant get the flag righta way because of the servers being shit and the game still progresses the XP from all the kills happening at totems. So for RTA runs there is a timerpause because depending on teamcomp and time of the you have variations from like 20s to 90s that you have to wait
And here I am watching as these Legendary dudes just speed ran this raid. And I’m here still struggling finding a team that can do a raid without it taking hours lmao. GG on these legendary speed run!

Riiswalker and sevent seraph cqc, the only perk that really matter is vorpal on them. They are hard to get tho, you can substitute with wastelander and the haunted shotgun (or vanguard lighweight)
There is no glitch in totems^^ we kill the adds right in middle while standing on the plate to deposit right away while I keep the right totem from wiping us. Just all around more efficient, feel free to check one of my teammates videos
My fireteam and I are currently trying to complete this raid. We are quite new to the game, can somebody explain me, who the hell they make this unholy jump over the hole two kilometers radius?
It was on the old mod system and I stacked a lot of mods in combination with high handling shotguns. 2x dexterity, 1 or 2 targeting, quick charge and scientific method from tractor also adds handling^^ pretty much just had everything equipped that was available because I didn’t want it to feel sluggish
Lore accurate Guardians casually pulling up at the dreadnaught to erase an entire bloodline sounds about right :D we dont talk about eventually illegal substances that may or may not have increased the potential of said guardians

Yes, the animation cancels in wellskating allow you to keep the super.

Its a heat rises and tapping your jump to not loose too much speed by having your jump active too long. Just a timing/practice thing =)
How are they doing damage to golgy when shooting his back? Guy had gaze and wasn’t standing behind his teammates so how were they doing damage?
Grenades and rockets still deal damage without hitting the crit. It’s mainly grenades carrying the damage so that’s how it works.
