Saigon city planners should spend more money cleaning up the water ways, nothing can beat nature's best. mall here mall is just the same, but the water ways are nature's wonder. Imaging if all the water ways are clean up, Saigon can be the next Venice of Asia.

We are both super excited to be heading to Vietnam for the first time this December. You wanted some specific suggestions for some more videos... well I haven't managed to watch your entire back catalogue yet, so forgive me if you've already done some of these: 1. Are there any really popular sports in Vietnam? Maybe you could go to an event and obviously cover the food there too? 2. Have you done one all about how you moved to Vietnam and became a RUclips legend? Maybe you could get Old Boy or one of your other cast of characters to interview you and maybe included some VT's from people in your family about how they feel about your move and what you're doing? 3. Takashimaya. There is one in Singapore. Good and bad with all these shining and shimmering shopping mall mushrooming in Vietnam , but I can't stop thinking the poor which are left behind, which is sad
Then live a thrifty life, move to a smaller flat, sell your car, buy your clothes at the pasar malam, don't eat at restaurants or food courts, don't watch movies, don't go on holidays, etc., so that you can give much, much more to help the poor.
For sure there will be videos for the next 3 days and afterwards I will try for 5 straight days, it's tough to edit a video when Im traveling. For instance, my hotel room might not have a proper table or fast enough wifi

Gosh! I can remember when Diamond Plaza was the hot spot. I would take kids to the movies there. After that, the game arcade. Then join one of the families for dinner spread out on the living room floor. Great times!
We were in VN in July. It definitely changed a lot since last time we were back in 2005. We watch your videos daily and really enjoyed it. What we'd like to see is more into other side of VN, like where poor people live and all. Anyways, keep it up.
Love the videos Kyle and a restaurant opposite turtle lake is the reason i have been to Saigon 9 times in two years. I met a new friend in U-HOUSE and she got me hooked ( friend not girlfriend ). As for suggesting new themes why not film say only in a few parks and have the Vlog about that or only along Bui Vine . I am trying to say rather than trying to fit in many things in one video maybe sometimes just explain specific things in a video, not every video just some. If you want to see another new mall go to Pearl Plaza and have a look, my friend has an apartment in that new building. Go up to the 6th floor if i remember correctly and stand beside the outside swimming pool half way up the building! Keep doing what you are doing mate.
saigon is pretty flat... i have filmed the suburbs of phu my hung all the time but i will do a little bit more landscape stuff coming up probably sunday or so
yo kyle whats up with the security guard not letting you film with ur main camera? Is it like that in all malls? How hard and long to get the clearance for that cuz I wanna do some personal filming too. anyways thanks for the info bout the camera getting jacked....it was 1 of my question
It seems like they do not want people to film inside because it could be a way to "case" the place out for a robbery. Banks almost everywhere don't let you film inside too

I've noticed that a lot of the street foods you show start with banh. From my limited knowledge I know that mean bread right? Do the foods start that way because they all include bread in some way, or is it a classifier of some kind to define a group of food?
Bánh tends to refer to anything that is cooked into a more solid form out of a dough or mixture, it doesn't have to necessarily be bread. But then there are things like bánh xe which means wheel or tire, so yeah good luck learning Vietnamese.
In term of food, "bánh" is food with flour based. The food with prefix "bánh" is most often make from a specific kind of flour. There is no exact translate so i hope this helps you imagine the food well.

I realize Chill Skybar is insanely expensive but if not Chill, maybe another one that is within your reach, the other ones look interesting too. Try the Pandora Sky Lounge on Bui Thi Xuan street or the bar on top of Bitexco tower cheaper( but still quite expensive to us Vietnamese) and much difference atmosphere. Chill Sky Bar is really only for the rich and those famous people.

You should try phá lấu at Sai Gon city. This good is damn amazing. Phá Lâu is best food for all student in Vn. You should taste it. I do not know where best Pha Lau restaurant is. Should search online !
