- Live Experimental Ambient Improvisation with DIY Noisebox, Novation Peak Synthesiser and Analog radios. The Noisebox is amplified with piezoelectric sensors and then sent through delay and reverb effects. Radios are controlled with a passive monitor switcher to select between the radios with mute and volume control, then sent through delay and reverb.
Well thought out noise box, the CDR is a really versatile machine. Great restrained and haunting performance.
Thanks
Awesome!!! And the fidget-spinner is genius!!!
I love the fidget spinner, it sounds great through some big reverb.

Yes, it was
@@marfars yeah! great work!
I take it you made the noise box?
Is the sound picked up by the spring tank or are you using a piezo contact microphone as well?
Yes it's home made, the sound is picked up only by three piezo contact discs attached to the inside of the box. The springs are just for making noises with.
@@marfars I’ve been thinking about making something similar for a while. I didn’t realise how cheap some piezo mics were and ordered a pair earlier for less then £10. Thinking about pairing it up with a PT2399 Digital delay circuit and integrate it in to my modular rig.
Soma Labs Lyra8 is excellent for making those sort haunting tones, though requires patience to tame the beast.
@@StopTheWorld.I.WantToGetOff The piezo mics will work on just about anything that can make a sound, very versatile
