I'm still amazed how well they kept the secret, I mean it was kinda known for a while, but unlike so many movies there was no majour spoilers, I think most was the mat murdock picture and a shot of them together in the school, but over all they managed to keep any huge spoilers. Oh yeah and the european trailer that accidently spoiled the team up with a 2 second clip :>
I think Tom deserved an Oscar for that scene with aunt may alone but also for the crying on the roof it was so real and made everyone cry around me(he’s good in everything he does)

You asked what it was like in the theater. It was great. When Andrew and Toby showed up the crowd in my theater went wild. When Aunt May died that hit everyone hard and you heard a lot of "oh come on". Of course a lot of cheers for Willem Defoe and all the villians coming back. More people were sad at Doctor Strange having to make everyone forget Peter. Especially after he said, "Everyone who knows and loves you we'd...we'd have no memory of you". He was letting him know he didn't want lose him. Plus, he had to make another very hard choice to do it just after making the choice to let things play out in Endgame, knowing what would happen to Tony. I will say that this was probably the best since Endgame at that time but not as good as Endgame. That's hard to top. Great reaction!
I dreaded this movie more and more with every trailer and every crossover multiverse bit that was revealed. They did everything I was afraid they would do (and more, I didn’t know about Tobey and Andrew) but it all just WORKED! Every reveal, every character development made me happier than almost any other movie I had seen in years. (Even the sad stuff, because it was done so well.) I laughed, I cheered, I cried. Out of this entire movie, its crazy that my favorite part is Andrew Garfield's Spiderman saving MJ. The look on his face is just so perfect and utterly heartbreaking.
I love how Doc Ock immediately wants to help as soon as his new chip works. It reminds you how he and so many of Spider-Man's villains were genuinely good, well-meaning people before the incidents that transformed them. Also, Willem Dafoe was 66 and doing most of his own stunt work in the fight scenes. He literally insisted upon doing as much of it as possible when he agreed to come back as Osborn. Tobey's Peter having organic web shooters is almost entirely exclusive to his Spider-Man. In almost every other version in every other medium, Spider-Man's webs are mechanical. It was a change they made for the first Tobey Maguire movie because they felt that it would be too tough to explain how this high school kid could build things like mechanical web shooters. So they opted to make his web shooters one of his superpowers as a matter of narrative convenience.
it's always surprised me when creatives decide people won't buy something. They did later with spiderman, they didn't think magic would work in the movies originally, but it does. They thought classic x-men outfits were dumb until deadpool proved maybe it's a good idea to have iconic recognizable outfits. I don't think there really is a "this won't work in the movie:" it's just people too lazy or lacking vision to make it work. I also find it weird when someone says "it's not realistic so it wouldn't work" in a movie where a guy gets bitten by a spider and develops spider based powers and swings around new york fighting other powered people.
Even with all the flaws thid movie has, I can’t help but still love it. All the callback, references, redemptions, and just seeing everyone interact with each other is such a treat. Also, some concept art originally showed Scorpion messing up the spell instead of Peter. Dunno why they changed it, but hopefully we’ll get to see him again in the future And OMG I love the hotel fight and that Spider sense scene. The tension is insane and how the spider sense is displayed is soooo cool and unique. And everyone’s acting is top tier, especially William Defoe!
You had the exact opposite experience that most of us had. We knew the villains were in this movie from the trailers but Andrew and Tobey were a surprise.
The theater experience of seeing this film was EVERYTHING. Euphoric, magical, exhilarating, and LOUD. Rarely have I been in a movie theater where there is that much clapping and cheering. The energy in that place was insane.
@@jimhowe2624 its normal in india , here movies are like a festival , you cheer , clap , vwhistle to yiur hero ‘s . Its not a bad experience you can hear every line clearly the audio is loud . You should have seen the theatrical exp of no way home , infinity war and end game 🔥
Spider mens hugging scene was improvised by Tom Holland. Both Thomas haden church (Sand man) and Rhys ifans (lizard) were not in the shooting of No way home due to Covid, they had done only voicework and scenes in the movies are from archive footage from previous Spiderman movies.
Seeing this in the cinema was simply incredible. It was a culmination of my entire childhood all in a single experience, and to this day, I still can't believe that this film actually exists 😂 It also remains the only time I've ever heard physical cheers and clapping in a cinema, it's not really a thing round here, which made it a truly rare and special moment. I'll forever be grateful for being around for this, from the early 2000s to today, seeing others enjoy the same journey
I watched NWH 3 times in the weekend, and it came out. Just like I did for Avengers Infinity War and Endgamr. It was really hard to avoid spoilers and trailers, so there was a lot of stuff I was not too surprised about, but I still loved it. Aunt Mae's death was shocking, but as soon as she started saying the with great power speech. I knew she was done for. I loved that Matt Murdock was in this. Daredevil is probably my favorite Marvel show. As always, I loved your reaction Kaiielle 🙌🏼❤️
Andrew’s saving MJ gets me bawling every time. And then MJ not wanting to forget Peter. Outstanding acting moments. So many great actors and all being true to their respective universes. ❤❤❤ 🕷️🕷️🕷️
The theater experience for this was so cathartic. Movies were officially back. There had been movies all year to that point, but audiences weren’t hitting like they used to til this movie.
Honestly, the best theatre experience I’ve ever had. Went opening night and we all were hopeful all 3 spideys would should up and when they did it was electric ⚡️ I can still hear the gasps of excitement followed by applause 👏🏼
One of the funnest details in the film is seeing all the moves MCU Peter learned from other Avengers. When all the Spider-men are swinging together MCU Peter uses Cap's spin move to launch one of the other Peter's. So well done, so many cool subtle things upon rewatch.
Theater experience was golden. One of the coolest moments outside all of the Spidey stuff was the daredevil reveal. There were hoots and hollers all over the place for that one and a lot of confused people who never saw the show 😂
One thing I love is how they have different swinging styles. It's most obvious for me with Andrew's Spiderman (his movments feel very fluid and smooth, but also weighty and sharp)
The theater audience for this movie was Endgame levels of WILD. Made me feel like a kid again watching Tobey as Spidey. That whole bit where he tells Doc Ock that he's, "trying to do better, " Ooof! Hits hard as an adult. Felt like Doc was talking to us directly. 😭
Thanks so much for enjoying this movie, Kaiielle! Due to living in Japan, I had to see this in theaters several weeks after its release in North America. Thankfully, nothing was spoiled for me beforehand (apart from what I saw in trailers) and it was a great experience. Between the reserved nature of Japanese audiences, and the fact I couldn't go on opening weekend, there weren't any huge reactions among my fellow viewers. However, my own love for the Spider-Man franchise was more than enough for me, and I deeply appreciated this love letter to all the fans. One memo: During the first fight against Electro, Spidey isn't wearing a new costume. Because he couldn't wash out the stain after having paint thrown on him, he just decided to turn that costume inside-out. After May was able to get the stains out, he switched it back to normal.
Theater experience was wild. When Andrew and Toby stepped out of the portals the whole theater errupted. People cheering and screaming. It was electric.
In the comics, Spider-Man’s biggest enemies form the team the Sinister Six. In the film Strange had six cells prepared (with the tree Peter shot taking up one of them). So there’s this meta joke that Spidey fans spend the whole movie waiting for the sixth member to arrive. It turns out there IS a sixth member of the Sinister Six, he just spent the entire movie getting drunk in Mexico 😂
I will never, ever forget watching this on opening night in a packed theater filled with Spider-Man fans. The cheers, especially when Andrew and Tobey showed up, were so loud!
What could have avoided this entire movie, was if Peter realized that after the spell he could totally just tell MJ, May, and Ned that he's Spider-Man.
Or if he and Strange had just had a five-minute conversation before starting the spell. Instead of "Make everyone forget that Peter is Spider-man," have it be "Make everyone forget ever seeing Mysterio's video".
My movie experience was seeing this in a small theater in Wisconsin with a bunch of teenagers who probably didn’t know the older Spider-Man movies (the reactions to them were much more muted than others I’ve seen online) but it was still so surreal and magical to see them on the screen for the first time! Very emotional, too
I love that they brought back some of the score music from the previous Spider-Man films. When I heard the music from the Tobey films and the Andrew films, I definitely shed a tear in the theater. 🕸
It's not going to happen because of the Tom Holland/Zendaya of it all, but they left it at a perfect place to basically enter college sort of fresh and you can bring in characters like Harry Osborn or Gwen Stacy or Felicia Hardy. Also fun fact: Charlie and Andrew were roommates once upon a time and are still friends. They spoke during the making of this film, but didn't say anything to one another because of the secrecy of it all. So imagine their surprise when they watch the final cut and see that their buddy was in it and they sorta lied to each other. Also, they lived with Robert Pattinson, which means at one point in time Spider-Man, Daredevil and Batman shared a place together.
I saw this in the theater with a head full of rumors and theories and spoilers, convinced that Tobey and Andrew were gonna be in it, but it didn't matter. It was amazing to see them again. Everybody was cheering and everything. Super fun. I also knew Matt Murdock was in it so it was fun to hear the reaction of people who didn't know he would show up. As far as MCU theater experiences, this was up there with Endgame.
The one thing I was hoping for knowing it was going to be a long shot was seeing Kate Bishop at the end of this or maybe getting a Peter appearance at the end of Hawkeye. They definitely both took place around the same time frame.
I have seen every Marvel movie opening night , going back before you can buy and reserve your seat online , waiting outside the theater for 3 hours, and there is nothing like experiencing a Marvel movie in a theater full of Marvel fans
I don’t know if anyone else knows this fact, but if you watch this movie and you also watch the first Spider-Man movie whenever Norman turns into the green goblin, his teeth are Willem Dafoe’s normal teeth, which are crooked and look pointy and jagged whenever he is Norman Osborne, though they gave him fake teeth to slide over his normal teeth
I love how you had the exact opposite reaction as most of us. Doc Oc and the Green Goblin were in the trailers for this movie but not the other spider men. You knew about Toby and Andrew but were blind about the villains. It was nice to see that you were surprised even with all the spoilers. Loved your reaction as always!
J K Simmons does a really good impersonation of Alex Jones in this movie. Willem Dafoe really steals the show. He proves that he can play an even better Green Goblin without the mask.
Your reaction to Matt Murdock showing up is everything!!! It kills me when a reactor has no reaction because they haven't seen Daredevil which is the best Marvel TV show (along with Agents of Shield) imo
I loved this movie so much, it was so well done. I just can’t stand the implication that everything that happened was Peter’s idea. When he went to talk to Strange and got shot down, he accepted it and was going to leave, then Strange suggested they do the other thing instead. Yes, Peter should not have kept interrupting, but that absolutely was not his idea as Strange kept trying to put the blame on him
I love that Andrew Garfield is such a good sport in this film about the fact that his films aren’t as beloved/nostalgic/popular etc as Tom’s and Tobey’s
The unmasking of Peter 3 was a gigantic scream in the theater, and Toby was just as big, if not more. It was definitely a wild experience. Everyone had their suspicions that all 3 spidermen would be in it, because in a trailer they left in a half second of when the lizard gets kicked in the face, but they CGI'd out the extra spidermen, so it was just the lizard getting kicked by someone invisible. But it was still something else to see it and be positive.
Speaking of referring to him as Peter 3, I think it's ironic that the only Spider-Man who did not get a third movie ended up being Peter 3. I'm sure that was intentional.
When I saw this in theaters during the spider man reveal’s my theater went nuts including me lol we all loved it they did it so good for this movie. Hopefully this is not the last we see of them either would love it again.
The theater experience for this incredible movie was INSANE!!! Right up there with Avengers: Endgame for sheer spectacle and yet hilarious, gut-wrenching and heartwarming, and our theater crowd was INTO IT!! I abso-freaking-lutely LOVE this movie!! Spider-Man has always been my favorite superhero, and to see the three of them together was a dream come true. I truly enjoyed your reactions, and I completely agree with you on two things: Tobey's costume is the best, and the Green Goblin is the ultimate Spidey villain. Thanks for a great experience!! 😊
I'm still disappointed that they didn't bring Kirsten Dunst back for a credit scene. I was fully expecting her to be there greeting Toby when he came back. That would've been the best ender.
Yeah, why didn't she appear? The whole idea was that everyone who knew Peter Parker is Spiderman from every universe was supposed to be brought in. That MJ did know Peter was Spiderman, so she should have been there. And in a sense, so should Andrews Gwen and her father - just because they died doesn't mean they shouldn't be there. After all, Norman and Otto and Curt also all died, and they came.
I always get chills when I hear Ned say that he'll never turn into a monster and try to kill Peter, because in the comics, Ned Leeds becomes the Hobgoblin, one of Spider-Man's nemeses. Also, Alfred Molina is the actor that plays Otto Octavius, and he is quite well known among gamers as the voice actor for Imperial Battlemage Abnur Tharn in the Elder Scrolls Online, which he had done for 7 years and was a fan favorite.
Loved your reaction when you saw Willem Dafoe become Goblin and just how he makes everything go wrong for Peter, I saw this in the theatre and this whole apartment scene is just so well done most intense moment out of all the Spiderman movies in my opinion.
Andrew's Spiderman is underrated and doesn't get nearly the credit he deserves. Except for that one guy in your comments, I haven't talked to anyone who didn't have high praise for this film. It's debut average score was 8.2 which is higher than all the other spiderman movies and it has a 98% audience rating on rotten tomatoes. They introduced so many characters and managed to balance them perfectly and give them their due, while giving us a comic book worthy story and some incredible and poignant dialogue. After Spidey 3 caught MJ and they had their moment, the whole cinema cheered. When Andrew appeared everyone was like "I fucking knew it!" even though no one actually did at that point. When Toby appeared some people were actually crying and cheering. It was an energetic experience for sure. It's not perfect because nothing can be but to say this movie isn't outstanding makes me wonder what those people expected and how they'd do it better. Even as a writer, I think there are only small things that could be improved. Also Willem Dafoe is probably the best villain in any comic book related movie. He would also have made an amazing Joker in the right scenario or Hannibal Lecter. If you haven't seen Boondock Saints, you should check it out :)
I thought that since Peter is a Star Wars fan 48:48, it would be funny if they had a quick scene where Peter makes some kind of comment to Nick Fury about Mace Windu.
I saw this in theatres and it was so wonderful. It was for sure an experience. This is my favourite MCU film so far and the part that gets me is the same when he saves MJ so good.
To answer your question, the theater experience for this was, unfortunately, indescribable. I went into it having not seen any pre-MCU Spiderman movies but thankfully loaded with enough pop culture knowledge to know what was going on (enough that I still cried at Peter 3 catching MJ) and it was still incredible. Probably the best MCU experience i've had besides Infinity War/Endgame. Absolutely epic! Sidenote: Welcome back again! Don't let the impatient few make you feel bad if you're "late" with a reaction or two. If you can't post for whatever reason, don't worry. We'll be here when you're ready
I happened to be in Brooklyn when this came out and saw it twice there on opening weekend, including one on opening night and I've never had a theater experience like that before or after. The atmosphere was explosive. It was amazing.
I saw a TikTok that to this day makes me tear up. Someone acted out the end credits scene we should've got for this movie where Andrew visits Gwen's grave and talks about meeting the other Peter's...his brothers. Then he tells her wirh tears in his eyes about how he caught MJ.
To be clear. Toby and Andrew were in no trailers, no posters, no promotional material. There were rumors, speculation after seeing Green Goblin and Octopus, but, that's it. Both actors turned down all questions and admitted nothing. Which was awesome. Made the surprise better. Glad you enjoyed it so much!! My only disappointment is that Michael Mando's Scorpion which was set up in the end credits of Homecoming didn't even make an appearence. And that Sandman for some reason turned? Like Flint was a good guy.. Everything was resolved. But regardless was cool seeing them all
Yeah, that's awesome! I did end up watching the trailers after watching the movie, just to see for myself how it was set up. I like how I kind of had the opposite experience as the rest of you going in.
Poignant. The theater experience was awesome. I told my son it is the quintessential SpiderMan movie. He agreed. (In fairness, though, Spider Man has always been my favorite comic book character, ever since I was a kid.) Now, in fairness, because of its place in the MCU, this movie was what it was. But, it was also an excellent reset. Now, if they make another Spider Man movie, it can be totally different. Will it be? I don't know. I do think they kind of ran out of ideas. They may need another 20 years before they're able to have something new to say. But, for my part, I really enjoyed it. (Even the fan servicy stuff. I'm a fan, and I don't mind if they cater to me. Nope. Not one bit.) I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thank you for bringing us along on your journey. Even though I've been there and done that, the whole point of the reactionverse is for those of us who have been there, and done that to be able to vicariously be there and do it again for the first time with you. It's a strange nostalgia, left over from a few years ago where we were all struggling to find connection with humanity again, after having been somewhat violently separated from everyone and everything. So... I appreciate yours (and the other reactors') willingness to let us participate. Thank you, Kaiielle. And, now... I hope you have a wonderful rest of the spring. And, enjoy the summer up there! I'll look forward to whatever you watch next.
Love that you finally got to this. It was amazing. To what you were saying about the others being the highlight above "our" Spidey, and his universe. I think Tom Holland deserves a lot of credit for that. As the star, in his third solo movie, he could have made a stink about it. Or insisted on minimising Andrew and Toby's impact. But he didn't. The Spider-Man experience for the fans was more important. So, hats off to him for that.
For me and a lot of people I can assume, who were on the internet a lot leading up to the movies release, even if you weren't looking for news about the movie, the other Spider Man's being in No Way Home was kinda the worst kept secret in superhero movie history. That shot (36:07) of Andrew was leaked many months prior to release, though he tried his hardest to convince everyone that the image was fake, and pretty much deny that he was in the movie in every interview he had or talk show he was on. Toby and Andrew being in the movie was pretty much theorized to death, especially once we knew Alfred Molina's Doc Ock was in the movie after the first trailer. And there was an incredibly dumb leak a month or so before the release that revealed both Toby and Andrew, as well as Charlie Cox. Didn't hinder how awesome seeing all 3 together in the movie was, though.
KL, when the 2 Spiderman come through the portal. In the theater I sobbed for a good 30 mins. Happy and sad tears. It hurt bad. I saw the Toby Mcguire ones in theater too. Great nostalgia.
I vaguely recall that when the Andrew Garfield movies were coming out people got pissed that they were redoing the origin story, but then when Marvel brought out the Tom Holland Spiderman people were pissed they didn't give him the OG origin story, THEN when this came out people were pissed AGAIN because it's essentially another origin story.... basically no matter what filmmakers do someone is going to be upset about how they're doing it. Does this movie run on nostalgia? Yes. Do I care? Not at all, it's a fun movie and knows what it is.
When I saw that this movie was coming out, It was the one that made me want to go back and watch all of the MCU, I originally watched Iron Man 1 and 2 when they released, and I didn't know that the MCU was a thing at that point since I was 8 and 10 when they came out. By the time I got caught up with the MCU for this movie, it was available on D+ and I purposefully started a few months a head of it's release. Also a couple fun facts about this movie: Willem Dafoe did his own physical stunts saying that it meant a lot to him to do them, he was 66 at the time. Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man is the only one with Organic Webs, it was a production choice since it would be cheaper than prop Web Shooters. You can actually see the Spider-Sense/Tingle when Dr. Strange knocks him out of his physical form, there's little waves over his head that resemble the comics Spider-Sense.

I don't know how they could have made this better. The 3 Spidey's is perfect.
Everyone knows the true huge surprise in this movie is Daredevil.
Norman's maniacal laugh while getting punched in the face always reminds me of the Joker's interrogation scene in "The Dark Knight".
OMG YES! You're so right!!
Or Daniel Craig's James Bond being tortured in that chair. Older bonds were _way_ more fun.

Definitely one of the most emotional moments. ❤️
I cried in the theatre. But I felt okay, coz everyone around me was crying too. We were in it together.
You had the exact opposite experience that most of us had. We knew the villains were in this movie from the trailers but Andrew and Tobey were a surprise.
Willem Dafoe is a MASTER at his craft. One of the best villain actors of all time.
Agreed, he's very good!
Listening to the subtle differences in this vocal tones when he switches back and forth gives me chills, it's so good.
He is William Da Foe!
@@kaiielle I still hope for live action Batman (Beyond?) with Dafoe as the Joker....😈😈😈

The theater experience of seeing this film was EVERYTHING. Euphoric, magical, exhilarating, and LOUD. Rarely have I been in a movie theater where there is that much clapping and cheering. The energy in that place was insane.
Agreed! I actually watched it 3 times in the theater .... and it was a joy EVERY time, seeing everyone's reactions.
It was like this, Endgame, Infinity War, Star Wars episode 3, and a few others that had the same energy for me.
Sounds like the literal worst experience ever.. people completely overreacting and screaming over dialogue.
@@jimhowe2624 Well aren't you a barrel of fun.
It was a culmination of my entire childhood all in a single experience, and to this day, I still can't believe that this film actually exists 😂
It also remains the only time I've ever heard physical cheers and clapping in a cinema, it's not really a thing round here, which made it a truly rare and special moment. I'll forever be grateful for being around for this, from the early 2000s to today, seeing others enjoy the same journey
That's so amazing!
"so wait are you gonna go into battle dressed as a cool youth pastor, or.." always gets me ☠☠🗣🗣🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Watching this in theaters was once for the books, even if you expected it, I was gonna believe till I see it
Willem Dafoe is so good. I want to see him play the Joker at least once in my life.
the fact that they kept the spiderman pointing meme in this movie was so awesome
“If you expect disappointment, and you will never truly be disappointed”
Literally my motto in life
I watched NWH 3 times in the weekend, and it came out.
The energy in the theater was sooooo amazing. The screams and cheers were LOUD, love it so much!!
Only just clicked watching this reaction that Danny Rojas was the bartender at the end.
Football is life!
I almost cried too when Peter (Garfield) saved MJ. Like it just meant the world to me to see him fulfill his greatest mistake and rewrite it
I love how they brought daredevil in for a cameo
47:28 Notice that MJ is STILL wearing her broken Black Dahlia necklace. If she's forgotten Peter, I wonder who gave it to her. Hmmm
Theater experience was wild. When Andrew and Toby stepped out of the portals the whole theater errupted. People cheering and screaming. It was electric.
I still love watching theater reactions to this movie.
38:27 I love how they all do their own personal ORIGINAL hero landings.
Me too!! So good
I will never, ever forget watching this on opening night in a packed theater filled with Spider-Man fans. The cheers, especially when Andrew and Tobey showed up, were so loud!
What could have avoided this entire movie, was if Peter realized that after the spell he could totally just tell MJ, May, and Ned that he's Spider-Man.
Hahaha so true. BUT then we wouldn't have gotten this super fun movie! 😂
Or if he and Strange had just had a five-minute conversation before starting the spell. Instead of "Make everyone forget that Peter is Spider-man," have it be "Make everyone forget ever seeing Mysterio's video".
49:10 Yup, that ending was a massive bummer, which is why I loved it. Also, it basically re-boots Spider-Man, but still with all the same people.
My movie experience was seeing this in a small theater in Wisconsin with a bunch of teenagers who probably didn’t know the older Spider-Man movies (the reactions to them were much more muted than others I’ve seen online) but it was still so surreal and magical to see them on the screen for the first time! Very emotional, too
57:40. I had a SPECTACULAR time.
I love that they brought back some of the score music from the previous Spider-Man films.
When I heard the music from the Tobey films and the Andrew films, I definitely shed a tear in the theater. 🕸
YES! I neglected to mention this, but that was so wonderful. That made the Peter and Otto conversation hit so hard.
Lol did they tell u his “janky” black & gold suit was just his regular suit inside out?🤭
Seeing all the Spider-Man and villains in this movie was absolutely amazing I grew up watching the Tobey Spider-Man
Me and my cousin went to the theaters to watch this, long story short .... we cried like babies
The great power quote is a death sentence to any character that gives it to Spiderman for his first time
I will never forget when Andrew's spiderman come through the portal. Everyone started cheering, I was grinning so hard in the theaters!
I am so glad to finally see a reactor that knew who Daredevil was! Thanks KL!
The one thing I was hoping for knowing it was going to be a long shot was seeing Kate Bishop at the end of this or maybe getting a Peter appearance at the end of Hawkeye. They definitely both took place around the same time frame.
I really love this movie! I think for a lot of people it was therapeutic getting multiple generations of spiderman(spidermen?) together
I have seen every Marvel movie opening night , going back before you can buy and reserve your seat online , waiting outside the theater for 3 hours, and there is nothing like experiencing a Marvel movie in a theater full of Marvel fans
You reaction to the villains showing up was great and on par to how we all reacted in the theater.
Yeah, that's really fun! I watched the trailers for this movie afterwards and I really like how the trailers were done for y'all.
There's some time still needed to pass for them to be nostalgic. Gotta wait for the kids who love Andrew to grow up into adults. 😊
Another superb reaction KL and looking stunning as always. 😊
Always looking forward to future videos! 👍🏻

"You're trying to fight a magic man. It's not going to work."
Ahhhh, but Peter has math!
Math > Magic
@@kaiielle It's really not, but we'll pretend for a minute.
I saw ALL the marvel movies on opening day with no spoilers . This one was right up there with infinity war and end game.
@@PhilBagels Yes and Electro came without even knowing that Peter was Spiderman.
26:18 “nothing better happen to may” um…. 😭😭😭😭 I’m not ready.
The movie is coming back in theaters in 3 weeks so I'm hoping to get a similar audience reaction to when it first came out 🤞
Loved your reaction when you saw Willem Dafoe become Goblin and just how he makes everything go wrong for Peter, I saw this in the theatre and this whole apartment scene is just so well done most intense moment out of all the Spiderman movies in my opinion.
45:36 such a great scene. They all know what it means to be the hero and how thankless that task really is.
I just love that they’re all there. So perfect.
I love this movie. And it was a big fun emotional experience in the theater.
48:51 Thanks for the reactions, KL! Spider-Man is the greatest nerd-slash-super-hero!!
As fun and exciting as this weekend s for you, I saw this unspoiled, and my experience was amazing... 😭
😭😭😭😭
@@kaiiellemmhmm. Seeing Toby again after nearly 20 years away from the role was amazing. For sure made this one of the best super hero movies ever.
Poignant.
The theater experience was awesome. I told my son it is the quintessential SpiderMan movie. He agreed. (In fairness, though, Spider Man has always been my favorite comic book character, ever since I was a kid.)
Now, in fairness, because of its place in the MCU, this movie was what it was. Nope. Not one bit.)
I'm glad you enjoyed it.
I love how excited she gets at everything happening in the movie ❤
I vaguely recall that when the Andrew Garfield movies were coming out people got pissed that they were redoing the origin story, but then when Marvel brought out the Tom Holland Spiderman people were pissed they didn't give him the OG origin story, THEN when this came out people were pissed AGAIN because it's essentially another origin story.... basically no matter what filmmakers do someone is going to be upset about how they're doing it.
Does this movie run on nostalgia? Yes. Do I care? Not at all, it's a fun movie and knows what it is.
"Can THE SPIDER-MAN COME OUT TO PLAY"
It's what we would call a bittersweet because it did end well for everyone but the hero protagonist has to swallow some personal consequences.
33:56 you really do feel for him. And the thing with Andrew is that he does not need to say a word and you can feel his emotions.
