@@Iit0501you have to make porn less accessible as a start to getting rid of it porn is addictive, damadging to our brains, damadging to our future, and accessible. to cut ties between you and pornography you need to make it almost harder to find. i would start by deleting apps, blocking websites and using devices less. to defend against it/ replace it almost, i would start by talking with someone about it, talking to girls (not necessarily trying to get with them, just learning to properly be around them instead of "using them"), and setting goals with yourself. also if you ever get that "sensation/ urge", immediately walk away and do something else like going outside for a while, cooking, making your bed, couple pushups or any exercise to set your mind away from it, just anything other than spanking it its alright if you fail every now and then as its one of the hardest addictions to beat. just make sure you get less exposed. like im trying to get out of it aswell and this is what ive found to help me. what helps you may be different from me but im sure there are similarities that will work.
