Mental trauma healing is slow but with good people like you all my pain is lighter. God bless you all 🙏🙏
Answers from her heart ! My husband would always say this - Sickness will take you to places where your mind has never gone before !! One of them is facing the harsh and hard reality like what Manisha brilliantly said about pain that "People are not capable to sit with anybody's pain , let alone their pain. We always find an excuse to not feel pain."
No other actress as looked as sublime and exquisite as Manisha in the movie 1942 a love story and no actress ever will! Her face is special !!! She is still the most beautiful in my eyes ..
When things are good all are with you but when you have low period in your life, there is no one, you hardly have few with you, those are your real friends or well wishers, that’s life. Manisha seems like a very lovely person, God bless her, hope she lives a very healthy and happy life. ❤
This vid itself is therapautic...I have so much respect and admiration for this lady. She learned great lessons, gained wisdom and most importantly, is now sharing it with others ❤
Her words were heartbreaking. It is true. In the end, only your parents will love you unconditionally. Your relatives will help if they can but you cannot expect anything from them. I am glad she realized friends your party with are never there when you are in trouble. I realized this very early in life, which is why I never invest in such friendships. I invest time and effort in genuine friendships.
Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to move on, I really loved her so much i can't stop thinking about her and the memories we shared. I've tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail. I'm frustrated, and i don't see my life with anyone else. I've done my best to get rid of the thoughts, but i can't. I don't know why I'm saying this here, but i really miss her and i wish i could get her back.
have been in such a situation. My relationship ended about three years ago, but i could not let her go. So i had to do all i could to get her back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual adviser who helped me bring her back. We are back together, and i must say i am enjoying every moment.
If she decided to move on, there should be a reason and now she is not there in your life anymore. I understand it gonna be difficult for you now but this phase will pass.
Agree so much with Manisha, I have had people around me left alone when they go through cancer. Never understood why...but I think the fear that they would be asked for financial help is one big reason people run away from cancer patients. secondly people only share happiness never want to be part of anyone's sorrow. Selfishness rules!
When Family is not with us,that feeling 😢😢😢 what she said is absolutely right about mental health, people who goes to psychiatrist doesn't mean you are having mental problems but to discuss your problems share ur thoughts ,u need to meet a doctor ,because mental illness can't be seen in xray or scan .. depression doesn't have any test to measure..it's you ,u have to tell the doctor and he should give u medication according to the way you are expressing him..lot of sleep issues also happen in depression
I admire Manisha. Sending you Warm wishes and hugs from London. Been through what they call a dark knight of the soul and I had to sit with my thoughts and work things out. Am really drawn to Manisha on several levels. Don't really watch Bollywood movies but watched Heeramandi just because of her. Well done. May Allah swt bless all of us.
I totally understand her , l went through cancer now suffering with menopause and no family anymore l have had to deal with anxiety, illness and had to deal with it myself, god bless you Manisha and your family ❤❤

Beauty personified .inside and outside...that's Manisha Koirala...good actress..been her fan always....glad to see her being appreciated for Heeramandi.
I have read her book and plan to read it again. She really wrote it well and thoughtfully. She is wise and truthful and so beautiful. Her work in Heeramandi is superb.
I can 100% relate with her, I too feel lonely often even after family a huge family where I had shred myself for years for them, but none of them seem to be there even just to LISTEN. As I am more of a self made woman, I barely ask for any other help, just an ear. There is just my 8 year old daughter who empathise with me but I cant burdenise her tiny heart with my aches and sorrows. There is just one cousin sister of mine who listens, understands and sometimes cries when I cry in front of her, So overall just a sister and a daughter I have come to confide in. Rest of all, parents, husband and everyone else I love so deeply are not able to or may be not ready to LISTEN to me.
You are self made.proud of you .Being strong only choice once detected from cancer positive mind self motivation are very important..Hats off to you n Best wishes for your future..Take care love from all of us.❤❤
Her honesty is so refreshing. We get to learn that you can be the heartthrob but in times of difficulty one has to be lucky to have a support system - family, friends, spouse etc. If at the end of the day no one is there for you, don’t feel bad. There are so many of us in the same boat.
This interview has made me love and respect Manisha koirala more how she explained in short that no one cares when we suffer cry or are in pain is totally tru and I relate to it so much I wish I could meet her and have cup of tea or coffee someday Lots of love dear Manisha koirala may god bless you with healthy life

Though this sounds sad, but in a deep crisis period only, people realise the true companions in life, & blessed are those who get support from beyond families / relatives, shadowing one's soul, to come out of the crisis... I am blessed in that way... But counseling, I guess, is required by all of us, from time to time, at a stress level, the degree of anxiety is there with almost all...

Love how she changes the interviewer’s word “traumatic” to “life-altering events!” That’s acceptance through grace.✨🌱
Yaa, very true said.. 👌👌
Without surgery she is beautiful even in this age. No filler no botox even she had tough/painful time in her life.
