- Today I will be unboxing this dual band 2.4 and 5Ghz wifi and bluetooth usb dongle from Fenvi.
I need this for my desktop PC this will work with a windows laptop computer too.
Even though the Wifi/Bluetooth dongle is recognized by the Windows OS I will install the official driver from the CD.
The installation is very simple, just select the operating system mine was windows from the menu and click next to install.
First I will try a speed test with my cable internet and next I will try with the new Wireless USB.
I get similar speed from both options.

I use Backbox Linux. This works for general connectivity, but if you are using Kali in regard to network monitoring, I doubt this supports network monitoring mode for packet capture. You would want to check the chipset or NIC that the dongle uses and then turn it on via terminal before running packet capture in wireshark.
Doesn’t it say 1300 Mbps? Why is it only 130 Mbps?
