    Great details, thanks. I always find myself getting rolled over when my opponent grabs my arm. Now I know to shift my weight directly behind him!

    Great details. The only thing I would add would be the seatbelt hand positioning.. it seemed you put the choking hand on top of the underhook hand? If he were to peel the hand on top wouldn’t it stop your finishing options?
    I get that this is a back taking video but just a thought :D

      Tommy B Not necessarily. The goal is to isolate your opponents hands so you can start attacking the neck and you can do so with either grip. 🙏🏼
