I ordered from the official site with Fitspresso and mine says to take two capsules with 8 oz of water. All the same ingredients but doubled the ingredients above. I have been taking this for 3 months now and have dropped 41 pounds, but I am also catting my carbs back and sugar too. I walk approx. 5 miles a day but was doing that before taking this. I don't work for them just want people to know the truth
I have been taking these pills, 2 every day about 20 mts before breakfast. I then eat my breakfast drinking coffee, have not made drastic changes in my diet, and have lost about 25 pounds. Maybe if I had changed my diet to a better one and added more exercise, I would have lost more but I am so far very pleased with the results. Sometimes it's not the individual ingredients but how they work together.
The circadian rhythms, plus meds are description of how it works. I don’t know because I haven’t tried it yet.
