Sir my primer is already in 200ul TE so I don’t need to do this right?
They are already dissolved ?
@@lifereplicon yeah. They are liquid
So they are already dissolved hence u don't have to prepare master stock as u just have to dilute to standard 10 um working stock
@@lifereplicon please explain the dilution ratio , i mean how to convert and what is 10 um & 100 um
sorry sir, how did you get that 10 for multiplying with nmol??
Whatever is your nmol multiply by 10 that will give you 100 micromolar
For how long we can use this stock solution any standard time period ??
You can use as long as they aren’t contaminated ! 😅😇
Hi. Do you mean the autoclaved distilled water?
Yes but i will recommend going with commercial avaliable nuclease free water
why we multiply the nmol of primers by 10
Because it will gove you 100 micromolar concentration
You didn't mention units ul or ml
Where ?
Really appreciated pls tell me your query
From which college u r bro??
Plz reply Kerala agricultural University
Yes
Primers tirning yelliw from bottom
