I have played around 10,000 games of dota. Highest rank I have had is Divine 4. I think this is very overwhelming to be discussing the mechanics this in depth while you are about to lane, Grubby did well managing and communicating. Really appreciate the video.
My highest was Divine 4 as Pos 2 mainly, and Pos 1&3 if needed. Never had this insight. I know about creep aggro, vision, etc but the luring of the enemy around the ranged creep is crazy. Never have seen or thought about it.
25:20: Lol I've been doing this for years, surprised Stormstormer isn't. I also knew about the attacking from outside aggro range for free hits for many years, also surprised a vet like SS did not. Unfortunately for me I simply haven't played much DotA the last few years so I haven't been able to master these things and others to a professional degree.
if you stand next to your ranged creep, you can pull enemy creeps uphill without a ward, since your ranged creep gives vision to enemy on it whilst attacking.
i think getting lvl 2 crypt swarm early is worth, unless you play against a melee hero, even if you suck the invoker he will tornado or emp and just run away
The infamous eSport head tilt 2:50
THERE IT IS, ladies and gents. He’s given up
Some professor level laning lesson here, I think I may just restart my Dota 2 journey after a long break from it too.
@Grubby, this is the type of sweaty detail that got me into SC with Day9 back in the day. Absolutely love the content!
As a 7k midlaner, I've been trying to find content like this for forever to take my laning to the next level. This is awesome thanks to both of you!
these coaching sessions are actually the best Content imo
This content is pure gold. Hope to see more in the future with Stormstormer!

the amount of analytical battle in midlane for a short period of laning phase is insane!
you guys have great chemistry for coach/student, fun session
Get that dub, grub

Top Content, very much appreciated👌
i do wonder how no one made a custom map for 1v1 for DotA 2
wdym, it has already been existent for a long time. Just type mid 1v1 in custom games search. It even has its own mmr
