It's absurdly broken for post plant and path denial tho. Deadlock is really weird sentinel. She's trash at locking down site but great at disturbing an execution. Put your wall somewhere enemy can't safely break but need they need to go and it'll hit their mental badly.

A funny play would be if you decoyed out into the open when she has her ult. So she ults the decoy and then try to shoot it without exposing yourself so they shoot it once it’s closer to them. Uber eats the decoy to them LOL

Genuine Question: You can't kill an enemy inside a cocoon, right? It has to get to the end. What about time? like if there's 2 sec left for planting, and you ult the last defender. Will defenders win bcoz of time?
The round will automatically ended as soon as last enemy died. During the cocoon, the defender will be most likely (logically) win as they still alive during the cocooning process (because it count as detained not elimination.)

This means if you use the ult just before the spike explodes, of before the countdown ends, and the cocoon doesnt have time to finish before the end of the round (including the few seconds after the explosion), then the ennemy doesnt die and you don't get a kill for it. I suppose the ennemy will also respawn with his weapons.
I found DEADLOCK's ulitmate kinda disappointing, because I thought her ult was going to be an AOE move from how it looks like when you shoot the cocoon
Some info here. Her wall works exactly the same as sage wall, when its just drop u can start shoot it and it'll break easily, u can see it the indication on the orb when its vulnerable and when it's not. It also take the same time as sage wall before the orb becomes hardened

I'm not quite sure if the rule you say fits, It looks like works like this: Projectiles pass through wall = Agreed. Things you control don't = Skie bird you can control but it passes through. Things you control in 1st person view don't pass = would be more accurate. Things that you throw and move by itself = would bounce or try to break
As I saw from siva main ytber.. The ulti is like cypher's camera... Can be sgoot to a wall buy the one or first it sees will be pulled.. From the wall you boynce your ultimate

Deadlock is basically useless on attack until you get site, it’s like a 4v5 until you get the bomb down then she’s quite strong

I think the reason the Vandal and phantom reserves were nerfed was because of deadlock, she involves TONS of spamming
There is also another really helpful tip. If you put deadlock wall over the spike, omen won’t be able to pick it up

Deadlock's release is a stealth Reyna buff because Dismiss goes through Deadlock's E. Also combos off KJ great.
