@cammz3 Yeah man , but my video card is very terrible , 4670 512 DDR2 , and the engine of IV its too fucked , it doesnt matter what you do it always lags , but at least i can record it , my IV is on steam so its 1.0.4.0 and many ENBs doesnt work here =/
God damn those graphics are ugly on IV, atleast turn ENB on high for a comparsion video like this because this makes me prefer the original Protip: Film with Fraps at timescale 50%, then speed it up by 200% in a movie editor = smooth video playback.
This project is from 5 years ago, it is cancelled, but you can download the latest beta in GTAForums. i think there is French translation, I'm not sure though, can't remember anything from this
