I remember my grandmother making pirogi for me quite a few times. I also tried it before, but as you can see in the video, it's a lot of work. The pirogi you made looked absolutely awesome. I might try to make some again soon.
If you like meals in a restaurant, homemade food is even better. I travel on shorter distances on 2nd class trains, but in the longer distances, I choose 1st class, because there are 6 seats in the 1st class and there is more leg room, and in the 2nd class there are 8 seats you have to shrink your legs and in the distance, e.g. 400 km, I choose the 1st class, especially in the summer, when there is a period of increased traveling. Good luck visiting Poland.😄
For us in Podkarpacie mint, fresh or dried, is a must in ruskie pierogi plus lots of black pepper and caramelised onion and or bacon lards Best pan fried after boiling... we also love them with buckwheat and potatoes and curd cheese and mint
this is so cute, my mom's dad sponsored some greek people to live in poland during PRL and today in the USA my mom is friends with a greek woman who we make food with
No i spada indeks glikemiczny.

Pierwszy raz w życiu widzę, że ktoś dodaje jajko do farszu

I recently learned about the benefits of cold potatoes 😍 So cool! I guess that means it’s ok to eat more potatoes when cold? 😄
