Yes and no bro. I just realize that Mashima himself change Ignia's dragon form design. The one we see in the this episode is different from the one in the manga chapter 20 but this design is the lattest design that was used in his fight against Selene.
They could probably match base Acnologia before he merged with the space time rift, which is still impressive. This takes place after the events of the first Fairy Tail manga/anime.
