I was seriously thinking about purchasing a grand home as they are beautiful but the reviews on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau are horrible. Please explain because this is very disconcerting.
Hi shyfly- BBB and Yelp are generally visited by people who get mad and desire to light the businesses up with negative reviews. You can pretty much put any builder in BBB and Yelp and there will be less than desirable outcomes. Grand Homes has been in business for 37 years. Each homeowner takes a survey afterwards voluntarily after building a Grand Home. The company that has these surveys are reviews.eliant.com/grand-homes. Which has a client satisfaction rating of 4.3 out of 5 from 1143 people who have built Grand Homes. I hope this answers your question! I chose Grand Homes as 80% of my channels content because I love the way they are built for the price point. I've never had a client who didn't LOVE their Grand Home.
