Damn i went from 45k to 60k in 40 mins my first time on aimlabs. Only have a total of around 4 hours and my HIghscore on grid shot is ~85k I thought i was doing dogshit but i suppose not.

I was thinking i could never get over 100k but after this video i got to my peak of 98k. This helped a lot and made me get back into the grind knowing that i can be better

the best Aimlab-aiming video i was doing 119 score on 3x3 gridshot and i used the metronome i was doing 244 bpm with 96+ accuracy and i putted 480 bpm and did it on 95.8 accuracy 136 shots in 3x3 gridshot 30 seconds. (recomend to sub frfr)
I had the metronome idea by myself , and i m super glad to see it validated cause i had no clue if it was actually a good idea or not. So thanks for that. This tip helped me enormously even for a boomer like me! Playing metronome by itself is boring and would sometimes limit my TTK though so I like to swap it to my own music sometimes while keeping an internal metronome of sorts to fall back to. Score spiked from an average of 40k to 60k in just a few hours with breaks in between! I may update this comment in the future to show some progress.
This is really helpful, I finally hit 90k being stuck around 85k-87k, it also made my accuracy go up a bit, going from 87% to 92%. I noticed my older scores had me aiming super fast and spamming the mouse a lot which had me missing the shots often.

I started aim labs training a weeks ago , my max was some where btw 60-75k , but when i started listening to music and doing it particularly post malon songs, i greatly increased up to 89k max. i guess its the tempo xd. btw nice video

When I use to listen to music and play infinite warfare when it first came out and I was top 1000 in kills for a whole year because I was so concentrated subconsciously that I didn’t even have to think about playing the game and I would annihilate lobby’s after lobby’s. I would be in my own mind thinking about life and getting nukes. It was weird but I understand now that our brain is lazy so all the muscle memory was doing all the work. This is back when I playing og xbox one
was stuck at 87k avg. now im at 92 avg and have hit 100k last saturday. most importantly, my aim feels much more reliable, making cs much more fun. props to you my man

This makes a lot of sense, sometimes I watch a replay of someone who like 10-20k more than me to see how they do it (I average around 60k highest 69k). Then when I play my next one I’m thinking about the pace the other person shot at and I tend to do better. I’m definitely going to try this during my next session and play a metronome on my phone
i've really only started aim training like a week ago and averaged around 50k at first then moved up to 65 but with this technique i got 72k in my first try after finding what bpm im comfortable with. thanks!
as a person who enjoys listening to music, i would usually tap along to the beat of the song, but then realized that was inconsistent. This is a much better (and consistent) alternative and I instantly went from about 60k to topping out at 80k on a 240 bpm beat.

I was thinking about the same idea and here you go. Awesome. I think this is the same as learing hard piece of music on a guitar. To be fast you first need to slow down and be able to play PERFECTLY on very low tempo. Once you do that, it will be very easy to gradually increase tempo by 1-3 bpm each time until you reach high tempo. It can happen in one day actually. I'll test this idea starting today. Currently my score is 57K. I've been training for 4 days also trying to keep tempo but without metronome. Will use metronome from now on for a week and write here later. Update after one week: 72900 is my new record. Not a huge gain, but I am satisfied.
This is the reason why i get low scores when i´m hearing lo-fi hip hop, but when i listen to stuff like Jason RIchardson (a technicall deathmetal composer) my scores are really high

This is actually one of the best tips, i already average 95k but I've never actually thought to use a metronome.
