They are classics, my favorites for all time. Unlike most new modern boots, these do have to be broken in. I've been using them to referee for about 25 years. High arch is great and perfect for big guys.
For anyone who has broken in a pair already, and even better if you own regular Copas (FG), what size should I get for these??? In FG Copas, I use 10US Mens.
BROTHER, MY FOOT IS EXACTLY 26CM. IT VARIES BY MILITARY AND MODEL AND BRAND AND I PLAY FOOTBALL WITH THE BEST KANGAROO LEATHER PUMA SHOES AND THE PUMA WAS TOO NIGHT, BUT AS I PLAYED AND KICKED THE BALL, THE SKIN GOT COMFORTABLE. ,I DON'T LIKE VERY COARSE AND THICK LEATHER SHOES AND THE LEATHER IT WON'T BE HARD AND I NEED TO FEEL THE BALL, SPEED, BALL HANDLING, TURNS AND ACCELERATION WHICH ARTIFICIAL GRASS ARTIFICIAL FIELD SHOES SHOULD I PREFER?
I returned them after just one match. Too heavy and difficult to control the ball with them. I'm still thinking about what to order between adidas X SPEEDFLOW.1 TURF and nike tiempo legend 9 pro. Do you have any advice?
If you like leather id go with tiempos. Havent seen the speedflows but they are synthetic which im not a fan of. Keep in mind the tiempo legend have the fused compression tongue i dont like but you might not care about.
@Carlos Quintero Better tell him to teach himself how to play soccer 😀😀😀 I have used them, but with heels and I like them because since I have wide feet they are very comfortable.
@@carlossolis2108 Excuse me my friend. I was a professional footballer in my country up to the 2nd league level and a little bit in the 1st league. I was in the national team as a junior. Currently, although I am operated on the Achilles tendon and I should have surgery on the meniscus on the same leg because it is torn, but I still play football at the 1st mini football league level in my city at 42 years old.I finally bought x speedflow 1. They are light years ahead of Adidas Mundial. Super light, you actually feel that it molds to your foot. I say this even though I grew up with Mundial boots, Beckembauer, etc. Don't you wonder why no great footballers use leather boots anymore?
@@supermeseriasu I'm surprised at 42 years of age you would consider high end shoes rather then a classic. Not all shoes work for everyone but when it comes to the factors you mentioned " to heavy & hard to control the ball" then you should work on ball control exercises to help with that and as far as them being heavy they are not heavy at all. Pro's don't wear these cleats because they are paid to wear anything they are endorsed with.
Premier hands down. Copas are too bulky and heavy to play. They are prob better for refing or coaching but not for playing. Premiers are lighter and leaner best for playing.
Thanks for your comment. You are right i could do more research but was not the intent to this video. My goal is to just let viewers know how i feel about wearing these and my thoughts on their material, quality and if id recommend to wear them for playing. I would say most fans will prob agree they love them. Personally i think they are more for referees and coaches than actual players but thats just my opinion.
Adidas claim that the tongue is premium leather. These turf shoes have the best quality leather you’ll find on any boot. No breaking in needed you’ll be comfortable in them from the first time you wear them. . Highly recommended. Specially for older players like myself.
He is not here to tell us about classic crap rather tell us his own experience...and the classic isn't a turf shoe rather a stud firm ground version this is relatively new 🙄
Cool review! I am about to buy one for myself, but I’m not sure what would be the ideal size for me. I wear size 9,5 US Ultra Boosts, shall I go true to size?
For all copa mundial users - mundial teams have different much higher heels and feel completely different and TBH comparing to copa mundial feel these are S**T
Top review Carlos! Do you think these Mundials will offer more protection than other turfs? I've always used the Tiempo Academy 8 but think these could offer more protection.. Got a metatarsal injury recently and the Tiempo's are wearing down very quickly by the toe as you mentioned !!
Thanks! Sorry for the late reply. Sorry im not familiar with your injury. Id say these should are very robust and protect ankles quite a bit but if you have ankle injury id still recommend ankle braces. I actually dont like these shoes for playing as they are too bulky imo. The tiempos are very nice. I think the academys are prob a lower tier from my understanding. I prefer the upper tier for upgraded features.
2 years in, do you still like them?

Yep excellent for refs or coaches not for players
@@carlosquintero79 why so? too many referee raised up and come out from darkside? need more shouse every 25 years?
Do they have a raised midfoot?

Silly question but can i play with these in grass?
mundial or premier 3 which one do u prefer ? (durability, materials, look and gameplay) Thank u man!
Kind of an odd question, but do you think these would work as an everyday shoe, with their soft rubber studs on the sole?
I don’t recommend this for daily walking. If you want a daily walking shoes which look similar i recommend the samba which are very popular.
I think they would… the LA trainer are very similar with the nubs
Try their indoor version. Copa Mundial Goal or Samba Classic with leather
After 3 months, which one do you prefer... premier or copa mundial?

Sir, wanted to ask sizing for Joma Top Flex is true to size? Couldn't ask there as the comments are turned off
They are generally.

You need to do more research before you make video about a shoe as classic as this.

I think react foam is too soft for football movement. It will not long lasting..

Germany

chose the size in UK sizing, cuz Nike US 9 = Adidas US 8.5
If you had adidas before go with same size. I normally buy from places where i can easily return if size is not good
Are they very heavy ?
Nope
420 grams
can you use these on natural grass?
Yes you can
No absolutely not. Not If you want them to give you grip.
On dry conditions absolutely.
For all copa mundial users - mundial teams have different much higher heels and feel completely different and TBH comparing to copa mundial feel these are S**T
So why doesnt adidas just replicate the copa mundials into a turf version?
@@carlosquintero79 good question
Copa Mundials are moulded sole only. Team mundials are the turf equivalent. Do you guys even play football.
I wouldn't buy that tbh it is a bit overrated and hyped tho a respectable classic but not worth it for me
This shoes best for soccer referee
Soccer shoes? 1st red flag
