To backup your statements on C16 making less power when not tuned properly....I've made passes with C16 in the tank without the C16 tune in the car and I noticed a drastic difference in power than if I had 93 in the tank with the 93 tune. It's so reliant on the tune (like you said)
It'd be nice to see a boostane + 93 along with the water/meth/boostjuice test for the ultimate Cost Effective non-ethanol fuel just because I have a feeling there's a difference above the 93 + injection's ability.
I would like to know how does the Ethanol content affects rubber in the fuel system from Injectors, to fuel lines to fuel pump? Would running Q16 instead of C16 require changes in the fuel system? The same goes for C85?
I have been running a E85/93 mix for over a year. I run it at E50-E55. I would like to see you guys test a 2015-17 Mustang GT with a Roush/VMP blower. I am running ID1050X injectors with a 21 vdc JMS bap. Car shifts at 7,950 with an automatic. Also have a 72mm pulley. The stfts look great. Measured AFR runs .79-.81. Knock runs from 0 to -2.
7 psi though. I wanna see this test on a stock factory turbo car. Most of them run 15+ psi stock.... Like a stock EcoBoost mustang is 20 psi..... I'd also like to point out that the C85 pull had the COLDEST IAT's as well...... Just my $.02
The problem is thats E-85 selling in all USA is not most of times 85% ethanol and just 15% gasoline and thats why we loose many advantages of ethanol with E-85 is less than 85% ethanol.
But doesn't E85 max out your fuel system forcing bigger pumps and injectors or extra injectors along with corrosive properties? unless your car is FLEX fuel capable isn't E85 a hassle in itself? It's not readily available at the pumps in some states.

Who is alot of us? It's been banned in California besides it doesn't snow much anyway but in mountains. Banks Additive is the same as Boost Juice, available locally for $36 for 4 gallons.
A Q16 is not a fuel we tested due to its leaded properties. We're aiming to retain factor narrow band oxygen sensors. Leaded fuels can ruin oxygen sensors. That being said, it still is a high-affect race fuel in certain applications.

E85 is junk. Especially at the pump. It’s way to unstable and you are never getting 100% e85 at the pump

2:41 the e85 mix had a higher average. The higher average would accelerate faster even though it had a lower peak.

Higher psi and higher compression the c16 will take the cake by far. It’s just the c85 is better until it becomes octane limited

what about the ethanol break down with the c85?
Ambient temp on e85 was 79 and c85 was 66? Would this cause a difference especially with possibly higher humidity.
You guys should compare these to the competition. Torco, FTW, ect.

Not for any length of time, the NTK one is the better sensor, but I don’t think the TermX allows it’s usage. My Holley HP will.

what happened to just straight methanol?
It's scheduled for about 2-3 weeks from now to air.
the best way to use methanol fuel is to have a car with a blower and an alcohol piston ,by the way you need a methanol or alcohol set up
