I have the yellow color yarn. The color is one of my favorites however I’ve had a hard time deciding what pattern to use. After multiple tries I came across this video. I. Tried it and I love it. AFTER the very second popcorn is done, where you start INCREASING ...
ON the very first Stitch of the
Increase row it's
actually
A DOUBLE CROCHET STITCH,
Sirini calls it the throughout
the VIDEO " third chain " .
( But, the stitch is made-up of 3 single
stitches making it a double crochet stitch):

... its actually NOT A THIRD CHAIN ITS
"THE VERY FIRST "Double Crochet Stitch"

I love the square but I found your instructions very vague. It was difficult to follow.
Love the tutorial, thank you, but unfortunately I found the cat very distracting. Me personally would advise doing the tutorial without the cat in the room! Just saying!
PLEASE dont start combining beginner videos with your regular instructional videos! I realize beginners need additional help and instruction, and I'm not trying to be mean. But when designers COMBINE beginner instruction with intermediate/experienced instruction, it makes a long, boring and tedious video. If a viewer needs instruction on how to make a slip knot, chain and basic stitches, then they probably aren't ready for the project anyway. I KNOW we were all beginners once -I get that. So make a separate instructional videos for basic stitches and instruction. Give beginners their time, but give experienced crocheters the same courtesy.
One of the main reasons I love your channel is the fact you DON'T start off each video with "And this is how you make a slip knot..."
Please don't change your methods now. Create beginner videos for those who need them.
