- Former Israeli war cabinet minister Benny Gantz has warned that Israel is late on waging a war against Iranian proxy Hezbollah in Lebanon. “We are capable of… hitting the state of Lebanon if needed. The story of Hamas is old news but the story of Iran and its proxies is all around the area and what they are trying to do is the real issue," he said at a Middle East forum in Washington DC. Meanwhile, Likud MK Nissim Vaturi said it is a matter of days before full-on war erupts. Why is Times of India anti-Israel? TOI should give news responsibility. Not by underplaying one side over other. Both Russian war and Israel teaches and important lesson. War does not bring any solution. People die in all ends. The people at the ground level are struggling for basic amenities as food. Even under normal circumstances people are struggling to meet ends in life. The war under estimates the value of common man in what ever country it is. The pride of people-in-power of Israel, Russia, Hamas, Hezbullah, Iran is creating more pain to people.
Gantz seems to be frustrated. He is no longer in the war cabinet so all he can do is make statements based on his own opinions.
The WAR CABINET makes weighed, considered, argued and debated decisions with facts and figures before it.
US has been using Gantz for a long time because Netanyahu is head strong and very logical in his approach.
