Honestly they both did amazing so it's hard to choose but I personally liked the guy on the left cuz although they used the same vocals technique so their voice is kinda similar his tone ( voice ) is still kinda diferent from other singer , it's kinda feminine wich make it more special hearing something new....but I knew from the moment I listened to the dude on the right he was gonna pass this round cuz he has that typical voice Koreans love and from watching this show i noticed they always choose the same voices...of course everyone has a different voice but I mean they always go for the person who has the typical Korean voice , breathy kinda deep but can do hight notes or the other voice is the one wich most elderly use but they almost never choose the ones who has like a special voice or kinda american style to it I don't know how to explain it anyways so doing that make the show boring honestly....

this was truly an equally matched battle. they were both so equally skilled and so talented in their own ways, in no way did chanhee's airy tone get pushed back by the beltier vocal tone. it was incredible to watch them harmonize and blend so well despite having completely different singing ideologies. incredible performance
Agree, both of their vocal skills are neck and neck, and both deserve to advance to the next round imo. Good and sweet performance, but I'll be more happy if they are against each other on 2nd round.
they don't harmonize that much though, only two parts when there were more opportunities. they both sound good individually but sadly they didn't really made this into a collab. this song has many opportunities for harmonizing in many parts that would make it more beautiful. i guess i'm a little upset bcuz they both did so well individually that just a litttle more and it could've been a powerful collab. but this end up feeling like two individual covers pasted together sans the two parts.
No wonder I found the right guy's voice is so familiar. He sang many OST right? Indeed. Chanhee you did great. I was so impressed by this performance. As a Deobi, I'm so proud of you.

honestly, no need to shade or put down the other to praise your fav, it doesn't make you/the fandom look good. i fairly like the boyz for their songs and especially after Road to Kingdom(rooted for them n glad they won, rightfully), though not enough to make me a fan,surprisingly. but this kinda comment is not it. and i've also been a kpop fan for more than a decade, neither of their voices are that extraodinarily different, even if New's are a lil more uncommon n tend to be found more among idols while the other guy's voice tend to be found among solo-ist. n last week the judges actually chose a soft voiced king who barely showed vocals in his song choice compared to the usual soloist strong vocals who actually showcased his range n vocals. so this decision is actually quite surprising considering the horrid decision they made last week in favour of soft voice(sadly without taking into account vocal display) at least this week, both of them showcased as much of their own strength in their vocals.

I hope he can get many OST opportunities this year~
