I can' tell you his view, but I can tell you drifting in Europe is so much behind the US. UK and East Europe have some more developed drifting scenes.Germany France etc. also have a decent drifting scene but it's still to much under developed

Sebastian Bunea Check out the Latvian/Eastern Europien proffesional scene, cars making close to a thousand HP with mad angle and the restrictions are less fucked up than in for example FD, in the Eastern Euro scene you can have a pretty much tube chassis, for example the HGK built E46 Coupe with a LS3, its all tube chassis and designed from zero to be a drift car.
