I did as you showed. However, instead of skipping the step it asks me to try again and it runs the service again... Can't get past that screen and don't have a cable on me. (Wifi Not showing at all)

Just bought my GeoBook with Windows 11 today, charged it, setup asking for network connection with no means of skipping for later setup, using my phone for Wi-fi hotspot, inputted my password which was correct & no typos, then "unable to connect to network"?! Now I cannot use this brand new laptop because my mobile is my only means of internet connection, Microsoft?!! WTF?!!! This shift F10 trick does not work on the Geobook 140 Laptop with MS Windows 11.
This skip is just for using the laptop without signing in on Microsoft account, if you create account it can work. If you have more questions don’t hesitate.

then rest other on video

It doesn't work, When i typed in the correct password to my wifi it just doesn't connect but on the phone it does
