Fall Flowers Paint By Numbers (PBN)

I saw this kit on Amazon. I thought some of my other PBNs were a little dark, so I wanted to do something different. As always, the smallest sections are left towards the end. But the main problems I encountered was a combination of paint and canvas. The paint was thick, but didn't need thinning. The canvas was textured. The first problem was that as the paint dried, it revealed the dimples - the lower part of the texture, so the white of the canvas was exposed. The second problem was the paint color numbers. Painting over the numbers looked like it worked until the paint dried. Then the numbers were visible. I'd add a second coat, but when the paint dried the numbers were visible again. Eventually I gave up out of frustration. Thankfully, the photos don't show this. On to the next kit.
