Love watching your videos. Your designs are crisp and clean. Mind blown how easily you handle the cakes with just buttercream. I’m assuming refrigerated, but doesn’t that cause air bubbles and condensation on the fondant when it comes to room temp? And, do you make your fondant or purchase commercially?
