This is the most vibe I've had in a long time. May I know what texture pack you used?

    • @Legacybeta
      @Legacybeta  4 месяца назад +312

It's a pack I made called Legacypack 32x but be warned it's for Beta 1.7.3 (the version this video is made in.)
      www.planetminecraft.com/texture-pack/legacypack-a-texturepack-for-beta-1-7-3-32x32/
If you do play this version be aware you need some kind of texture patcher to make 32x textures work, such as Optifine or MCPatcher. There are also more modern solutions like StationAPI if you also wish to use StationAPI mods. I believe launchers like BetaCraft already come with 32x+ support pre-packaged and MultiMC instances such as Beta Unleashed also support higher resolution textures by default. In fact, Beta Unleashed comes with Legacypack preinstalled so that would be my personal suggestion for now.

It was little more than a mockery of developed living. A network of byzantine concrete rails, suspended above nothing, heading nowhere, with no purpose.
A child's interpretation of "houses" dotted the endless rails, as randomly placed as dew drops in a spider's web.
Though the track stretched far into the distance, the tram ground to a stop, depositing you in the center of one of these "not-houses".
You could have walked the track.
    You could have walked forever.
You could have returned from whence you came.
But you didn't know how, and, strangely, you didn't want to.
The not-house was little more than a concrete room, devoid of doors or furniture or anything even resembling a livable space. It was almost laughable how inconsiderate it felt, devoid of even a cot for you to sleep on.
You would starve in a matter of weeks, if thirst didn't take you first.
And yet, despite all that logic, you stayed. Because deep down, something out there in the void told you
    This Was Your New Home.

I agree, I would rather see C418 making one final album for Minecraft rather than listening to any new soundtrack from the other composers, why? Because most of their work for Minecraft is a clear sign that they don't understand the original Minecraft atmosphere and vibes C418 showed with his music. I am not saying that their tracks are bad, it is just that they truely don't fit Minecraft at all.

There is just something so.... 'Melancholy' about this.... It really gets me thinking... What is life like beyond younger years? Is it even possible for one as low as I to overcome my current poverty onto tangible wealth? No... Because in the end...
We all end up the same... Seemingly fullfilling our so called, "Purpose." But have we really? Are we really departing so soon? Have we acheived perfect self-peace? As of now onto forever... That answer shall remain figureless and non-reminant. But, for an unclear reason... The further i travel into this place... The simple term "You Belong Here..." Only fading as fast as i arrived to this vast "city", ever so devoid of common culture and shape.
So, at this point in time. I lock away any current memories i still hold dearest... As to not lose them since i am losing myself. So once taken, i am not all lost to the hands of the Devine Creators. i hold the memories that form "me".
Come what may, you harsh, desolate, void, vast and unclear structural web of endless wonder... You can take me.. But not what MAKES me. I am me. Nothing can change me. I am now at peace and offering my physical form to be taken by the Devine Creators.

this is art, this is pure art, it's something I could dream of, with other players in the distance taking on the other tracks, briefly glancing at each other before we depart each their way, knowing we share a common experience of building in this world, our lives may never cross paths, but someone will eventually take steps in a building I made, just like I always explore others creations❤

This might sound weird but I've been to a place that looked exactly like this in a dream once. Crazy that I still remember it so vividly.

I've always wanted to build moog city myself with a statue of the man himself Robert moog imagined it as a brutalist Stone and glass city but this is equally evocative as that image in my head

for some reason this video feels like where seeing a alternate history where notch was still the ceo of mojang, idk if its the early minecraft feel or what. it might be the classic graphics that are slighty better, the music or just this feeling.

This video reminds me of a music video from an old-ish German pop song, that I forgot even existed until now. I always got a weird feeling watching the music video as a kid, that I cannot even describe and somehow this video invoked the same exact feeling in me and transported me almost 20 years back into my childhood. Well done!
