It was actually student B by body language and seating position to cheat off of two people at once below him. Hand under the chin isn’t as useful as palm by inside of the elbow down on the desk. Also, the thief wasn’t the one with the dog, it was the tired man pretending to sleep. The lady would’ve known there was a dog with the man that robbed her and the sleeping guy is the only one that’s alone and not engaged in an activity or with another being.
