THE VOCAL TALENTS of multi-talented Petula Clark (CBE) who as the Greatest female vocal chords ever,vocal chords that produce the best sound that I have ever heard EVER.
And of course I have heard many,many great female artists.
However Petula Clark as a certain something that the others haven't.
The crystal clear, pinpoint accuracy of every note she sings.
Also her incredible perfect diction and how she can hold on to a word with perfect tone for just as long as she wants.
For me it is in how she impeccably interprets the songs she sings.
She knows exactly the right way to put each and every song over to her fans and her audience.
She is just truly magnificent and awesome and is also....

I bought this LP in Singapore during R&R Vietnam war 1969. Played it on board 'till we came home six months later. It still cops a hiding today, 52 years later.

I wore this record out when I was a kid. Best arrangements and orchestrations! And of course Petula.
I also wore all of her records out when I was a kid back in the 60's. What a wonderful time it was. The British Invasion rocked our world. There will always be Petula:-).

OH! I have all the original albums in mint condition. She's awesome. Don't forget about Doris Day!, Dusty Springfield, Judith Durham, and so many more. Nothing like these artists now.
