Not sure how I feel about all the TECH around it being that is considered a smart home. Had the pleasure of vacationing in one of these last year by Clearwater beachfront. Love the Cape Coral area and everything it has to offer. Assuming the price tag of 2mil is negotiable, all it's missing is boat deck, lift and a really nice Tiki Hut setup back there to break a deal. What an impressive house this is! And yes, linear vents always look spectacular, I wonder why they are only found in higher end houses. Maybe they require some additional carpentry work compared to the regular rectangular ones?
Don't like the price. I like the house. Lot size, no doc, not interested in smart home. So price to high for the things I'm not liking. Would take less in house for more yard.
