Cheap bakeries use Margarine instead butter Soy or hydrogenated cream instead of milk based whipping cream They use compound chocolate instead of original chocolate ( its not much sweet) They use artificial flavoring instead of original products They use serum as well ( rum serum instead of original rum for cakes) These are few things and also if you wanna enjoy good bakery products without going too expensive try to give orders to those who bake at home in small quantities they do serve good... Quality > Quantity any day. Same is the case with Choley Bhature, I either go with Nand Di Hatti, Haldiram's or Bikanervala (Desi Ghee). Where as, others are using Dalda to get the crispiness. Choose wisely. 😉
And the thing you told that they use cheap creams... It's not true at all it's from one of the best company and it was for vegan cakes (without milk products) , for those who are milk allergients ... Even top bakeries use that brand's cream
