The stylist tries to find outfits for ALL of the members so that they can stick out in their own way. All Jennie does it pick from those MULTIPLE outfits to decide which one is best (When it comes to award shows and such. For comeback shows, the stylist has the final say). And no, Jennie cannot change the outfit. She can give opinions on it for references for later outfits but she has no power to completely change an outfit.
