Great video. I stayed there in 1967 the year I graduated high school. I stayed in a one room cabin with a pot belly stove for 4 days. I was there a few years ago. I found the cabin, but the stove was gone. The building next door was haunted. There were some miners working a mine about 500 feet up the other side of the valley. It was a silver mine. Thanks for the memories.

That was awesome to see the old buildings and to imagine what it would have been like to be there back then.

We loved that some of the buildings came with stories to put life there into perspective. Waking up to those mountains every day would be a dream come true. 😌

It's quite possible that one of the cabins at the end of the video is Bonnie Belle Cabin.

Hey guys!! Love the vibe of this video - the music choice was 🔥 Imagine buying a house for $110!? Also had no idea that hole was going to be for a wood burning stove. I would have screamed if I saw that rat 😂 Hope your foot is feeling better 😌 We love off-roading and using bigger cars - they’re perfect for those roads! Thanks so much for the great video guys - new friends here!! Em + Tom

Thank you so much! The drive out, learning some history behind the town and then exploring the old homes and mine made for a complete adventure.

First, are you serious that that place is also called Kalamazoo? I need to know more about that.
Second, you were in a creepy old ghost town, but scare of the cute little critter?

That little critter was cute! We did not want to touch it thought and after hearing all the squeaking in the walls... there was definitely more than one. 😬

Not exploiting, I'm glad they do this for the people that would never have a chance to see it.
