Girl!!! I haven't felt my glutes for a long time afyer my workouts and I was looking for new set of excercizes to spice things up. I followed your excercizes in this video and my butt was on fire.I barely made it home. The super set with bstance leg press and regular leg press killed me. As a beginner, I have just started researching glutes, core, and cardio exercises. Wow, this video is absolutely fantastic and it took me longer to get through it because I was taking a fair amount of notes!!!! Thanks so much for clearly explaining the what, why, and how during the workouts because it was easy for me to understand all the different glute exercises. How often do you recommend that one should perform this glute workout? Finally, please keep the glute workout videos coming, and thank you so much for creating such fantastic content.

New to your channel and subscribed ❤ this is quality content. Im somewhere inbetween intermediate and beginner as far as training my muscles correctly (some exercises still working on the muscle/mind connection) and I have to say sharing your experience/knowledge for proper form and isolation is extremely helpful! Its so refreshing to watch an honest workout with no ulterior motives to misinform something trendy or sell a product. I'm so motivated to grow my lower half...this information is so helpful to help me get there. I'm vertically challenged and always dodged doing glute bridges because they never felt right. Now I know why 😂 😅
Also really commend you on your gains! Your physique is incredible and it shows that you are 100% dedicated and worked for everything you have. I hope to one day get the mobility in my ankles/feet to get into those deep squats/lateral squats. Still exploring your channel, if there are any daily stretches/mobility exercises you recommend to limber up?

Great video. !! When I only have a bench available I try placing a couple of weight plates under your feet and bottom. This will help with getting you to that 90 degree.
Her lower leg muscles in contrast to knee and quad/hamstring ratio is always amazing.

Knee issues? Do backward walks on a treadmill. I did that among other things and my knees are bulletproof and I am 67!
yes! been doing some backwards walking at the beach (dont have treadmill) saw it on Kneesovertoesguy. Im 51 & yeah it's really affecting workouts. What else did you do? : ) @@traderflex

New to your channel! As an educator, I LOVED this video! Very detailed w/descriptive modeling! Why do you use the stairs after your glute/leg workout instead of before as a warm-up? Aren’t your legs/glutes too on fire for a “HITT stairs” finisher like this? 🍑🔥😮

if you were setting these exercises up for a man would you do anything differently, would form change in any way, B stance on leg press is interesting are you still focused on pushing through your heal on your up/working leg and how much help do you let the other lower foot give?

1 warm up 4x SS kas glute bridge 10 and 6-8 hip thrust
Rdl warm up 12-15 4x8-10
Elevated reverse lunge 4x8-10
SS 4x b stance leg press 10 per side
Then reg leg press 8-10
