Great video! Can you wait airside at the gate area for arriving passengers before heading to clear customs at PVR?
You cannot be in the gate area, but you can maybe try being between the glass that leads to customs and see if security doesn't make you move along, so I don't recommend it. But it can maybe be possible. Make sure to check with the officers.

Well, some of them can be and some are hotel transfers. But I took an Uber as I usually do since it's way cheaper when paying in USD.
