    Thanks for helping out your local FRC team. I love your idea of doing a video to show the students how it was done. Many in FRC struggle with walking the line between "doing it all" and "letting the kids figure it out". This is nicely in line with the apprenticeship model practiced by many of the most successful teams. Next year if you are comfortable I suggest inviting some of the kids to your shop and getting them to do some of the work. Keep passing along those skills.

      Norwalk High School, Connecticut - Team 6346. One of the team mentors approached me a while ago after helping him with a S.T.E.M. station at one of the Scouting weekends in the area. Its a lot of fun and I hope the guys are able to film some of the testing and post some video of their own.

      I (team v mentor) did some hex shaft modification and shortening just the other day too :).
