So the vCenter and NSX Manager deployed automatically in SDDC? if So what is the default sizing for them?

I just have one thing I noticed during this video. During the VPC creation, a public subnet is used instead of a private one. Wouldn't this possibly cause connectivity issues if you happen to go to a service that's run from the public range? (talking about 172.150.0.0/16 here)
