I am a Yoga Teacher and I want to help people with mental anxieties or feeling trapped in any way.
Because I went thru a hard time some years ago and Yoga was my Holistic Healing Property because I REFUSED to subject myself to any form of meditation subscribed by doctors. Because to me those meditations or “therapy” are all quick fix which won’t really and truly heal you from the inside.
I turned to Yoga because I wanted to peel off layers and layers of my unwholesome self at my own pace at my own time with patience and love towards myself.
Yoga was my saving grace!♥️✨
Fast forward many years later, I have become a Certified Yoga Teacher and I am now reaching out to people with similar experiences because I want to be able to reach out and give them a helping hand to get them out of the dark phases in their current life journey.

You could’ve included one more thing - it’s very natural for a strong healer to receive universe signal when we wake up at 3:30 am !!! Dear Dr. Neeti,
First of all, thank you so much for your video.
Essentially, I exhibit all of the signs you have shared in your video.
I am an introvert, who has always felt different and not fitting in with the masses. My thinking has always been and is vastly different from most as I am spiritually inclined.
I have zero desire for competition, rivalry and going to the top ranks for image and status.
I have used meditation and visualization for my own healing and only take pills prescribed by a doctor as a last resort.
Animals such as dogs and cats are drawn to me, and I have rescued birds from confined spaces.
As a child, I had an experience of feeling the core of me as only and solely energy and none of the conditioned identities tagged upon us in this world such as name, gender, age, body, ethnicity, religion.
I also recall experiencing myself as the detached observer without judgment and labels. I also remember being drawn to certain rocks and picking them up.

I love looking at the moon and basking in the sunlight.
I am very visual and it is easy for me to meditate.
I have discovered that I have an innate drive to uplift, support, encourage and empower others as well as expand awareness of their spiritual potential for healing.
I work as a reiki practitioner and making a difference one client at a time.
I prize my alone time as it is when I recharge and rejuvenate.

I like to see everyone in our family, our neighbours, friends, the whole universe happy. When I had the money i helped people a lot in each & every possible way.
But now when I am in difficulties except a few ( i can count on 3 to 4 persons ), there is no one around me. That hurts me a lot. I thank the UNIVERSE from the bottom of my heart for not letting me even one day leaving me hungry. Someway or the other he sends someone or the other to help me. This is the miracle.
