      Thank you!! Happy to help, honestly while editing and recording/scripting I kinda felt bad about the video. Without changing opinions or usage too much or anything felt like it was a disservice and didn’t want to improperly address any comments from it. Let me know if any questions come up.

    I do all my IM pins in the vastus lateralis and alternate every other day for last 6 mos. Occasional PIP, no scarring, no lumping - any pain I get is transient and subsides within 30min. I use a 27gx 1 1/4" needle with 5mL syringe - and I actually fill the entire syringe which actually holds about 6mL. I stack carnitine+BCAAs+arginine-citrulline+alphaGPC+ALA. I also have been using Actovegin+GAC+glutathione. No TMAO conversion. When I took oral carnitine/choline, my serum TMAO was elevated. I was having slow-drip IVs, but it got a bit too expensive. Maybe do those once every couples months.

      Out of personal curiosity, what is the reasoning or what lead you to the full stack you are using now? Always interested in testing out new stuff but haven’t heard much about reasons to pin Arginine/citrulline. I have heard about injected A-GPC, and a few other ones having good effectivity but not too much for those, same with the BCAAs unless it’s an amino PWO complex maybe? I’m beyond curious how your lat can take on 6mL at once, maybe it’s a combination of injection depth, and lat development (I’m #smallLatGang at the moment) but massive props to you if that amount works. How has the stack made you feel? And what’s been your experience developing it with time?

    • @GENERALMGR
      @GENERALMGR 29 дней назад

      @@picatog Additive/synergistic effect via this stack (increased vasodilation, for one). Big believer in parenteral nutrition since the majority of us, myself included, have compromised guts and cannot adequately assimilate AAs from foods w/o consuming massive amounts of protein.
      Quads are the easiest site and least PIP for an IM injection if you are self-administering. Do so many other compounds it's hard to know the subjective benefits, although I do think Actovegin helps with increased stamina and makes me more motivated to get into the gym. The one that is most noticeable is NAD+. I just started that a few weeks back and you have to go very slow and low dose to start with because it has very profound effects and you feel it right away. That goes for both IM and IV administration.
      Side note: I'm doing all this at age 64, but look at least a decade younger. In the gym 5 day/week - cardio+weights. Doing all the peptides + enclomiphene to boost natty T levels (for now). Trying to avoid TRT.

    Amazing videos, so what do you think about T1D taking carnitine?
    Is it safe?

      Good question, just to make sure I am tracking before answering or giving any advice, is T1D referring to Type 1 Diabetes or is there another definition?

      I would definitely consult a medical professional and endocrinologist prior to any usage, but I do think it could be beneficial. There have been a few studies to that have shown L-Carn can aid in lowering insulin resistance, be cardio protective, prevent microvascular complications and other things tied in and around T1D. But I would recommend a full safety review with a Doctor to make sure if it’s a fit for you or recommended.

    I never tried L carnitine! Does it really work? I take magnesium. And ginkgo

    • @picatog
      @picatog  11 дней назад

      I would say so, tried both injections and pill form and injection works a lot better IMO. I wouldn’t say its an end all be all but works quite well and I have noticed a difference. Which magnesium form do you take? I take quite a few forms including Glycinate (prior to bed) L-Threonate (during the day). Personally have not tried regular usage of ginkgo, do you notice it?

    Isn’t L carnitine L Tartrate better?

    • @picatog
      @picatog  23 дня назад +3

      I personally think that it depends on what you mean by better? This video is primarily discussing injectable L-Carnitine, which is a higher bioavailability form of the L-Car compared to any oral consumption method. However, if we flip the script to discuss oral consumption and supplementation of L-Carnitine studies show the when it bound with tartaric acid is a good binder with L-Carnitine that can increase its oral bioavailability (still not as high as other methods of intake) and Tartaric acid is a strong antioxidant which definitely makes it better potentially than standard L-Carnitine, at least strictly in the realm of oral supplementation of it. Personally still feel like IM injections are still better in terms of bioavailability, absorption, less potential side effects, and safer (no TMAO conversion has been observed in studies).

    For the price point at least online sellers. I’ll just take 3 pills per day with meals.

    • @picatog

      Not a bad option if that’s what you desire but PLEASE look into taking an additional supplement to mitigate TMAO conversions or possible inflammation.

    Why didnt you show your physique bro

    • @picatog
      @picatog  Месяц назад

      Honestly a few factors, currently rehabbing some injuries and fixing some hormone/blood markers (referenced in Marek Video) so the physique is not where it should be until the blood markers are fine (I’m natural) so full physique update and comparison seemed unnecessary. Reviewing some of my footage (that made the video IE delts/traps etc) was intentional as they’re major androgen receptor areas so with a benefit of L-Carnitine being “increased androgen receptor density” some visual differences were perceivable but that wouldn’t be prevalent everywhere, only it major areas IMO. There will be a video coming up regarding usage and cutting/leaning out and the benefits but it’s still in progress. Sorry about the lack of a full physique in this one though.
