I loved Utopia when I sailed in August. The cruise director, Ricky, was my cruise director when I sailed Independence a couple of years ago. He's awesome and his team then was awesome so I'm not even surprised that the vibes were high on your Utopia sailing.
YES! The walk-in closest is awesome when traveling with family. We just returned in August from taking our 3 grandchildren on Adventure of the Seas in a Jr. Suite. It was great for keeping the cabin organized with the additional storage shelves (not to mention storing luggage )and it also doubled as a dressing room when bathroom was occupied, which by the way had a tub which is great with smaller kiddos.
As someone who always get a accessible cabin due to limited mobility I love this room it really is spacious. The carnival celebration accessible cabin is large but not as large as this one. Thanks for the walk thru. God Bless.

It was Karen, I had 2 not so good cruises on Royal and swore I'd never cruise them again, but so many people said try the Oasis class ships and they were right, what a difference. I had a great time on the Utopia and will be doing all the Oasis ships now. Try it!!!

Did you guys try Coastal kitchen onboard? Dinners there are way better and a change from the regular MDR menus if you cruise alot. That beach club has taken quite some time to kick off since they started the whole project back in 2019 ..Can't wait to see the final project. We have been going to Nassau for over 40 years and seeing the progress and changes have been really cool, except for Atlantis(They need to go) their disrespect to challenged persons is disgusting. Sorry rant over. We Love Utopia of the seas and the amazing crew onboard ❤❤ our 4th trip coming right after our Wonder of the seas 54 years with Royal Caribbean celebration party for my Dad and his 81st Birthday 🎉 My Dad loved the oxtail onboard we had it delivered especially for him to the MDR. (By way of great Headwaiter Carlos) Glad you guys enjoyed Utopia 😊
I'm going on Utopia for the first time in February. Part of what I was looking forward to was no kids in the Solarium and I assumed that meant the bistro too. I don't have kids. Nothing against them; but I do enjoy how peaceful the Solarium looks. I imagine if more people bring their kids to the bistro, like the windjammer; it won't be as peaceful. I've only sailed on Carnival so I don't know. I'll be going on my first Virgin Voyages cruise soon too. That may become my go to.
