Universe 7 Warriors From Weakest To Strongest (Beerus and Whis Excluded)

- Universe 7 has leveled up massively since the tournament of power and since there are many powerhouses in one universe it becomes tricky to determine who's stronger than who.
So I made this video so that it can be easier for the view tho understand how these characters stack up to each other.
Long may Lord Freeza reign.
I won't lie, i firmly believe that uub is going to become the strongest in universe 7 but thats my opinion
I also believe that considering he was able to restore all of Goku's energy from base to Mui Susano'o

Bro did you even watch the super hero movie goku said broly/gods of destruction and jiren are a goal post in power for them to reach, jiren not so much vegeta stated jiren just has great ki control broly tho has huge amounts of ki but yea goku says broly is still a goal post for them to reach in power I'm disliking the video for alot of fake facts on here
No Broly isn't a goal post for them to reach, Gas wished to be the strongest in the universe the same universe Broly, meaning Gas surpassed Broly in power then Goku defeats Gas by obtaining True Ultra Instinct, so how is Goku still weaker than Broly if he beat someone objectively stronger Than him

There is nowhere where Goku says Broly is stronger is him or Vegeta, He was just scared that Broly will lose control and destroy the planet. And who said the The super hero happens 5 years later? Did you even read DBS manga chapter 91? It's a six month time skip Bruh. The fact is Goku and Vegeta are stronger than Broly in their peak forms
Orange Piccolo rivaling Goku’s battle power can mean that Orange Piccolo is in same tier and would lose, however, you made the difference so great to the point that Goku would oneshot Piccolo while being supressed. So that’s a nono.
This also upscales Broly and Cell Max
Cell Max being below Broly is absolutely fine, Toriyama’s statement can just mean that Broly in superhero>Cell max, which wouldnt cause any contradictions to orange piccolo scaling. Minus two points sir.
Also Cell Max can’t be below Moro due to Gohan thinking that Goku or Vegeta might lose to Cell Max, since this statement includes either of them, it means that Cell Max should at least rival UI Goku in Moro arc. Another Minus point.
Beast Gohan>Goku and Vegeta via Orange Piccolo scaling. Four Minus points.
The scaling should moreso be:
Black Frieza>Beast Gohan>~Cell Max>~Orange Piccolo~TUI Goku~UE Vegeta>Granolah>Moro>Broly (broly movie) and Gamma’s are either below Broly movie Broly or above him.
Let's just agree that Dragon Ball Super is too inconsistent to scale properly. I mean in the manga we have Goten and Trunks landing serious blows on Cell Max.
And we also have the statement implying the gammas being MUI level. Which makes no sense because a rusty mystic Gohan was wrecking Gamma 1. And mystic Gohan is Blue level at best. For me that is why I perceive the gammas as Blue level.
The reason I put Moro above Cell Max is because is because we were told Cell Max is weaker than Broly at full power. I interpreted that statement as Broly from the Broly movie is stronger than Cell Max, not current Broly.
If we went with that line if thought, Goku by the Beginning of the Moro arc was already stronger than Broly, the same Goku who is relative to Angel Moro.
I mean Piccolo One shotting a Blue level opponent would not place him above the likes of Granolah or Gas for me.
We literally have Granolah blitzing and one shotting MUI Goku. The same Granolah also went on to heavily damage aged gas , the same gas who was ragdolling True Ultra Instinct Goku. I don't know about Piccolo being stronger than these characters.
And we have also established that Cell Max is weaker than Broly movie Broly, thus making Cell Max lower than everyone in the Granolah saga. So Piccolo being beaten to near death by such a weak low tier opponent makes me doubt he is that high.
Unless Toriyama meant Super Hero Movie Broly. And somehow now all of a Sudden that Broly Surpasses all of the Granolah characters except Black Frieza only then will i believe Piccolo being that high as to rival Goku and Vegeta directly.

Why would Gamma's be SSB level specifically? There isn't a concrete power placing for Gamma's atm because it relies on multiple things
1) Did Piccolo factor in Goku and Vegeta growing?
2) Did he mean that Gamma's are on par with Goku and Vegeta as in UI Goku and SSBE Vegeta
3) Does he say that about supressed Gamma's that negged him?
Piccolo could mean the average between them, he could mean the lowest power they can access, or he can highball gamma's to UI Moro arc lvl. Technically speaking none of these intepretations are wrong.
Piccolo isn't Gas lvl, he is above Granolah tho.

@@WolfFang28 Trunks and Goten doing something to Cell Max could be simply due to Cell Max's power fluctuating. We can tell that this is happening as in one instance Android 18, Goten, Trunks and Krillin can do shit to Cell max but on the other Orange Piccolo and Ultimate Gohan struggle to accomplish anything.
I don't think that Ultimate Gohan can be rusty, whole idea of Ultimate seemed to be a form that brings you up to your strongest available at the moment. In anime for example, Gohan trained for like few days or even hours with Piccolo, he went from below ROF to pre TOP Blue lvl. In Superhero he also wouldn't be able to do anything to Gamma's if he was below his TOP self.
In anime, Goku mid/late TOP far surpasses Ultimate Gohan, he would oneshot him with no issue, this is same Goku that Piccolo has witnessed, and Vegeta scales to Goku. And Gamma's scale above/to that Goku.
In manga it's the same thing, Moro arc blue Goku and Vegeta > Ultimate Gohan, and Gamma's at bare minimum would match that, so again. This Gohan isn't rusty.
Goku at the beginning of Moro arc has no scaling above Broly, even Broly during the movie. You could maybe say that Omen Goku might be in same tier of power? Although possible, it isnt proven. Even if we agree that ssbe early granolah arc vegeta surpasses Broly, there is no evidence for Moro arc Omen Goku doing the same.
And as i said in previous comment, i think Toriyama left the statement to intepretation, we can choose any Broly as long as it doesn't cause any contradictions.
i can explain all, Orange Piccolo is by far at level of ss3 since gammas are robots and cant copy god ki and android 17 was weaker than ssj god or blue that means orange piccolo is at least weaker than android 17 then beast gohan is max to max ssj blue and cell max is as strong as suprresed ssj god and hence list is
1) Black Frieza
2) Gas
3) Goku Max Power
4) Vegeta Max Power
5) Granolah
6) Moro
7) Broly
8) Beast Gohan Makkenbapo
9) Android 17
10) Cell Max
11) Buu Full Power
12) Orange Piccolo
