Biking the New River Trail - Foster Falls, Virginia (GoPro HERO9)

I used the GoPro HERO 9 Black's TimeWarp 3.0 feature to capture a recent bike ride along a portion of the New River Trail from Foster Falls to Fries, VA. The New River Trail runs for a total length of 57 miles (from Pulaski to Galax, VA). I started my ride at Foster Falls, which had plenty of parking; however, there was a fee of ~$5. There is also a small visitor center with drinks and snacks at the parking area. I then took the trail from Foster Falls (Marker 24) to Fries (Marker 45). Out and back this came out to about 45 miles (I took a slight detour to pass over the scenic Fries Junction Bridge). From what I have read online, the southern section of the trail (i.e. this route) is more scenic than the northern portion, which based on my ride it is easy to see why (i.e. plenty of river views, beautiful bridges/dams, hilly farmland, etc.).
